Smoked Chicken Cheese Kebab | Ramadan Special Iftar Recipes

Ingredients:
-500g Chicken mince
-1 small choped Onion
-2-3 tbsp Fresh Coriander (dhania)
-2 chopped Green Chilies
-1 Bread Slice
-2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
-Mozzarella Cheese
-Oil for frying
-Coal 1 small piece
-1 boiled potato
-1 egg
-Spices: 1 tsp each of salt, chicken powder, red chili, chili flakes, black pepper, coriander(dhania) & cumin (zeera).

Method:
0:11 Add Ingredients to chopper
1. Add chicken mince , coriander, onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, bread slice & all the mentioned spices in a chopper. Turn it on until well combined & minced.

2.Take out chicken mince & spread in a dish. Add 1 potato & 1 egg to knead (goondh le) and make it less sticky.
1:17 Add coal for smokey taste
3.Burn a piece of coal until red. Put a piece of foil on dish. Put burning coal. Add some oil & cover for 2 minutes.
1:36 Make Kebabs
4. Now uncover & take out the coal. Apply oil on hands.Take a small ball of mince. Add mozzarella cheese and makes kebabs.

5. You may freeze, shallow fry or air fry until golden brown.
