1. VILLAGE HOUSE: Boiled Fish Papeda
BOILED FISH PAPEDA: Papeda - Mix raw sago with water until it becomes a thick, gooey consistency. Fish - Grind shallots, garlic, carrot, turmeric, lemon grass, ginger and lime leaves into a paste. Add ingredients to a skillet with water and bring to a boil. Add fish, mint and lime leaves, green onions and stir. Sprinkle in salt and MSG and boil until fish is cooked
Remove the fish and place on a plate with papeda. Serve with soup on the side.

3. FAMILY HOME: Pork Ribs + Chopped Pork
PORK RIBS: Boil pork in water and season with lemongrass and lime. Then grill until finished.

CHOPPED PORK: Chop pork into small bits. Chop liver into small pieces. Mix with soy sauce, lemongrass and lime.

FRIED BALLS: Mix mung bean, coconut, brown sugar, flour and roll into balls. Fry the balls and serve.

PISANG MOLEN: (King Banana): Wrap fried banana in strip of wheat flour dough.

PISANG GORENG (Fried Banana): Slice bananas into thin, long pieces, dipped in flour and then fry.

BAKWAN (Indonesian Vegetable Fritter): Place vegetables in batter and deep fry.

PISANG GORENG WITH CHOCOLATE AND SHAVED COCONUT: Sift plain flour and rice flour into a bowl. Add coconut milk, baking powder, salt, egg, oil, turmeric powder and water to make batter. Split the banana in two, coat it with a bit of rice flour, and dip it into the batter. Deep fry it in the oil until golden brown. In a saucepan, melt the butter and condensed milk under low heat until it combines. Drizzle the sauce over the goreng pisang, and garnish with cheddar cheese and chocolate rice.
