Aloo chana bhaji is a tomato puree based vegan curry, great to have in breakfast with Naan or with Puri & with rice in dinner. Its takes about an hour to cook but very easy and healthy dish.
Ingredients: Salt Tomato 2 Potato 2 Oil 3/4 cup Green chili 4 Red chili 1 tsp Water 1 1/2 glass Chickpeas 1 bowl Cumin seed 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Fennel flower(kalonji) 1 tsp

Heat oil in a cooking pan & cook ginger garlic paste n fennel seeds for few minutes. Add tomatoes, green chilies in oil till tomato gravy forms.
