A croissant is a buttery, flaky, crescent-shaped roll made of layered yeast-leavened dough, it was originated in Austria. Although croissants are puffy, they're dissimilar from puff pastry. These flaky n buttery Croissants will melt your heart with its taste.
Ingredients: Croissants dough as required White cheese 1 cup Shredded carrots 2 medium size Egg white of 1 egg Ginger and garlic paste 1/4 tsp
Croissants Recipe:
Mix white cheese, carrots, black pepper in a bowl. Roll out dough into a large rectangle. (Important Note: Keep the dough in the fridge for 15 mins before rolling) Using Cutter slice triangles all over your dough. Roll these triangle slices a little & egg wash before putting the mixture in it and tightly roll up into a crescent shape, make sure to keep tip underneath. Brush your croissants with egg wash. Once the oven is heated, bake your croissants for 30 mins at 180°C (or 360°F). Crispy, healthy, delicious croissants are ready to eat after they are cool down for 15 mins on a cool rack.
