Recipe: In a blender, blend yellow lentil, plain flour, baking powder, red chili & salt with some water, then take it out in another bowl. Pour the Bhalla paste by hand or by big spoon to fry in hot oil to form a round shape like Bhalla. Dip Bhalla in water to swell for 2-3 mins, then drain water by squeezing Bhalla one by one through hands palms. Put Bhalla in a big bowl and pour yogurt with cumin seeds and coriander all over it.
