Recipe:- Knead plain flour, dry milk powder, baking powder, yeast, sugar, salt n butter with water in a bowl for 3-5 mins. Cover the dough with cling film & place in Airtight chamber for the dough to swell for 1 hr approx. Take out the dough and roll out the dough into a large rectangle Now fold it back & roll it & then fold it back again & pack it in cling film to stay for overnight in the fridge. Next day, we will take the croissant dough & roll out the dough into a large rectangle enclose the butter layer inside the dough & roll it.
