Semolina Halwa is semolina pudding sweetened with syrup and mixed with dry nuts. This Hakva goes really well with purees. Recipe: In a cooking pan, roast semolina on low heat, keep stirring till each semolina seed turns from yellow to a light golden brown. Switch off the flame and pour desi ghee, sugar, water & mix it. Mix food color in kewra water and add it in halva and cook on medium flame. As the water dries, gravy forms, add oil in it.
