Ingredients:-
4 tbsp. Ghee
1 cup Vermicelli
1 ltr. Milk
3 tbsp. Sliced Almonds
3 tbsp. Raisins
Saffron as required
Sugar as required
Ground Green Cardamom
Pistachios

Method:-
1. In a pan melt ghee and roast vermicelli in it on a low flame till golden brown in colour.
2. Add milk and stir nicely till the milk starts to boil. Once the milk boils turn the flame to low.
3. Now add the almonds, raisins and saffron to it and let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
4. Then add sugar as per taste, cardamom, pistachios and mix it well.
5. Once the kheer turns thick add some milk to it.
6. Bring to a boil one last time and delicious Seviyan Kheer is ready to serve!
7. Garnish with pistachios and serve hot.
