Ingredients:
1/2 ltr Water
Green Chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp Soda
5-6 Curry leaves
Salt to taste
4-5 Drops Oil
1/2 cup Rice flour
1-2 tbsp Oil
Achar Masala (Optional)
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method of preparation:
In a vessel add water, green chillies, soda, curry leaves, close the lid and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt, rice flour and keep stirring it continuously.
Add oil, close the lid and let it steam for 3-4 minutes.
Switch off the flame, take it out on a plate and garnish it with oil, achar masala and coriander leaves.
Our Khichu is ready to eat.
