Ingredients:
1/4th Cup Water 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Cashew Powder Orange Food Color Green Food Color Edible Silver Foil
Method:
- To make the sugar syrup, in a sauce pan add sugar and water. Let the sugar and water boil. When it comes to a "one thread consistency" switch off the flame. - Add the cashew powder. Mix everything well. - Spread the mixture on all sides of the pan and let it cool down completely. - Divide the mixture in three parts. Keep one part aside. - Add orange color to second part and mix well. Roll out a medium size flat roti. Apply the silver foil and cut it into pieces. - Similarly follow the above step for third green color part.
