kari pakora recipe is a thick gravy based on garam flour & deep fried vegetable pakora with Dahi in it, famous as Punjabi dish or Desi Food. Its eaten with Boiled rice or Roti(Bread). Ingredients:- For Kadhi: Yogurt 1/2 kg Gram flour 1 1/2 cup Onion paste 1 ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 1/2 tbsp Salt as per taste Coriander powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Lemon 1 pcs water 2 kg For Pakoray/Pakoda: Potatoes 2 Onion 1 large Gram flour 2 cup Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup Green chili 6-7 pcs Red chili powder 1 tsp Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp Garam-Masala 1/2 tsp Salt as per taste Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp For Tarka: Oil 1 cup Tomato paste 2 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Onion 1 Carom (Ajwain) 1 pinch Recipe:- For Kadhai: Mix Yogurt, Gram flour, Onion paste, ginger garlic paste, Red chili powder, Salt, Coriander powder, Garam-masala, Turmeric powder & lemon in a big bowl. Now cook the mixture in a cooking pot with 2 kg water for about 2-2.5 hrs on a low flame. Kadhai mixture should be half of its quantity. For Pakoray/Pakoda: Mix potatoes, onions, gram flour, coriander leaves, green chilies, red chili powder, crushed coriander seeds, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste in a bowl. Add up a small amount of water to mix well to form the batter. Heat oil in a wok or pan, with hands, drop the pakora batter slowly in the oil & deep fry on medium flame till pakora turns golden brown. Take fried pakora from oil and put them in kadhai to cook for 5 mins. For Tarka: Heat oil in a fry-pan, add onion, cumin seeds & Carom, saute it. Add tomato paste and stir it. Add half of Tarka in pakora khadi mixture, cook it for a few minutes more. Serve Kadhai Pakora with remaining tarka over it. #KariPakora, #KadhaiPakora,
