Aloo Paratha is a popular Indian Breakfast recipe throughout western, northern and central Indian regions. Aloo parathas consist of unleavened dough rolled with a mixture of mashed potato and spices, which is cooked on a hot Tawa with butter or ghee. It is usually served with butter or chutney or raita.

- 4 boiled Potatoes / उबले आलू
- 1 chopped Onion / प्याज
- grated Ginger / अदरक
- Salt to taste / नमक

- Pomegranate Seeds / अनारदाना
- 1 tsp Carom Seeds / अजवाइन
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder / जीरा पाउडर
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder / धनिया पाउडर
- Coriander Leaves / हरी धनिया
