Ingredients
Oil (for frying)
Brinjal - 500gms (Slit)
Sev - 3tbsp
Peanuts 3tbsp
Cashew Nuts 3tbsp
Sesame Seeds - 2tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick - ½-inch
Black Pepper Corns - 3
Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
Tomatoes (chopped) - 3
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1tbsp
Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder - 1tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 1tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1tsp
Ginger - Garlic Paste - 1tsp
Salt (as per taste)
Water - 1cup
Green Peas (boiled) - ¼ cup
Coriander Leaves (chopped) - ¼ cup

We all make brinjal sabzi at home.

But today I am going to teach you a method,

if you follow that method to make brinjal sabzi,

By cutting like this, we can know whether the brinjal is good or not.

First of all, we will heat oil in a wok.

Oil is heated, now we will fry brinjal in it.

We will fry brinjal till it is cooked well.

Brinjal is cooked well, now we will remove it.

We will keep brinjal aside for some time.

And we will prepare masala for sabzi.

First of all, we will take 3 tbsp of besan ki sev.

Along with that, we will add 3 tbsp of peanuts.
