QUICK & SIMPLE CHICKEN PULAO RECIPE || WHITE CHICKEN PULAO || WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLE BY Urdu Recipe
Urdu Recipe channel is giving you "QUICK & SIMPLE CHICKEN PULAO".This is a traditional dish of Pakistan & India and its very easy to make with very simple steps, good in taste and full aromatic dish. MUST TRY
INGREDIENTS:
* Rice ( 750 gm ) (washed & soaked) * Chicken ( 750 gm ) * Oil ( 1 cup ) * Onion ( 1 med large ) * Yogurt ( 1 cup ) OR ( 250 gm ) * Green Chillies ( 5-6 ) * Ginger Garlic Paste ( 1 & 1/2 tbsp ) * Fennel Seeds ( 1 tbsp ) (crushed) * Coriander Seeds ( 1 tbsp ) (crushed) * Black Cumin ( 1 tsp ) * Green Cardamom ( 5 ) * Cloves ( 4 ) * Black Pepper ( 6 ) * Cinnamon Stick ( 2" of 1 ) * Bay Leaves ( 2 ) * Salt ( 4 tsp ) OR ( to taste ) * Green Cardamom Powder ( 1/2 tsp ) * Nutmeg Powder ( 1/4 tsp ) * Mace ( 1/4 tsp ) * Kewra Water ( 1 tsp ) * Yellow Colour ( 1 pinch )
METHOD:
1.Take a big pan, add Oil, Onion Sliced, Black Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Green Cardamom & Bay Leaves. Mix and fry until light golden colour (med high flame). 2.Add Ginger & Garlic Paste, Chicken, Green Chillies & Salt. Mix well & cook until chicken pink to white in colour (med high flame). 3.Add Yogurt, crushed Fennel seeds & Coriander seeds. MIx well and cover untill all yogurt water dries up. MIx well and cover untill all yogurt water dries up (med flame). 4.Add water for making broth & cover for 15 mins (med high flame). 5.Add Basmati Rice (washed & soaked), Nutmeg Powder, Mace Powder, Green Cardamom Powder, Salt to taste & Water. Cover & Cook until all water dries up (med high flame) (check time by time). 6.Add Kewra Water & Yellow food colour. Cover & Simmer for 20 mins. 7.QUICK & SIMPLE CHICKEN PULAO IS READY TO SERVE :)
