Keema Aloo Matar|( कीमा आलू मटर )| Minced Potato Peas Recipe| Keema Matar Aloo Recipe by Urdu Recipe

How to make delicious Keema Matar Aloo.. Keema Matar Aloo is a traditional dish of Pakistan and India, keema Aloo is simple and its taste great no matter what you serve it with. Whether its rice, paratha, chapati.




INGREDIENTS:

*Beef Mince (1/2 kg)
*Oil (1/2 cup)
*Onion Sliced (2 med)
*Ginger & Garlic Paste (1tbsp heap)
*Tomatoes (3 large)
*Potatoes (3 med)
*Peas (125 gm OR 1/2 cup)
*Cumin (1tsp)
*Black Cardamom (2)
*Green Cardamom (3)
*Black pepper (6-8)
*Cloves (3-4)
*Cinnamon Stick (3" of 1)
*Red Chilli Powder (1 tsp)
*Salt (1tsp)
*Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp)
*All Spice Powder (1/2 tsp)
*Green Chillies (4-5)
*Ginger Julienne (1tbsp)
*Coriander Leaves Chopped (2tbsp)
*Mint Leaves Chopped (1tbsp)



METHOD:

1.Take a pan, add oil, sliced onion, cumin, black cardamom, green cardamom, black pepper, cloves and cinnamon stick. Fry onion until change the colour (on med flame).
2.Add mince, ginger & garlic paste. Mix well, fry for 5 mins (on med high flame).
3.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt. Mix well & fry until meat water dries (on med high flame).
4.Add chopped tomatoes, potatoes cube cut, peas and water. Bring it boil, then cover and cook until mince, potato and peas be get soft (on low flame).
5.Add ginger julienne, all spice powder and chopped mint & coriander leaves. Mix Well, cover & simmer for 3 mins.
6.ENJOY... Keema Matar Aloo is ready to serve with Patatha or naan or chapati or rice....:)
