FISH KOFTA CURRY || FISH KOFTA RECIPE BY Urdu Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

FOR MAKE FISH KOFTA BALLS:
*Fish Boneles (1 kg)
*Onion (2 med)
*Green Chillies Crushed (4)
*Gram Flour Roasted (4 tbsp heap)
*All Spice Powder (1/2 tsp)
*Salt (1 tsp)
*Red Chilli Powder (1 tsp)
*Poppy seed (1 tbsp) OR Cashewnut (8)
*Black Pepper Powder (1 tsp)
*Cumin Powder (1 tsp heap)
(roasted & crushed)
*Ginger Paste (1 tsp)
*Garlic Paste (2 tsp)
*Egg (1)

FOR MAKE FISH KOFTA GRAVY:
*Oil (1/2 cup)
*Onion Grinded (2 med)
*Ginger Paste (1 tsp)
*Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
*Fenugreek Leaves Crushed (1 tbsp)
*Red Chilli Powder (2 tsp)
*Coriander Powder (2 tsp)
*Salt (1 & 1/2 tsp)
*Cumin Powder (1 tsp)
*Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp)
*Yogurt (1 cup)
*Brown Onion Crushed (3 tbsp)
*All Spice Powder (1/2 tsp)
*Kewra Water (1/2 tsp)
*Green Chillies (3)
*Coriandar Leaves (2-3 tbsp)
*Water (4-5 glass)


METHOD:

Step#1 ( PREPARING FISH KOFTA BALLS )

1.Take a chopper, Add fish boneless and roasted gram flour, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, all spice powder, cashew nut powder, onion grinded, green chillies chopped, egg, ginger & garlic paste, Cumin (roasted & crushed) and salt. Mix together and make a fine mince.
2.Make Kofta Balls.

Step#2 ( PREPARING FISH KOFTA CURRY )

1.Take a big pan, Add oil and ginger garlic paste. Fry for 1-2 mins (on med flame).
2.Add dry fenugreek leaves crushed. Fry for 30 sec (on med flame).
3.Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder and 1/4 glass of water. Mix well and fry masala untill oil come on top (on med flame).
4.Add Yogurt and fried crushed onion. Mix well and fry masala untill oil come on top (on med flame).
5.Add water bring it to boil then add green chillies Cook & Cover for 5 mins (on med low flame).
6.Add Kofta Balls one by one (no overlapping), all spice powder, kewra water. Cook for 8-10 mins (on med flame).
7.Add chopped coriander leaves. Cover for 5 mins (low flame).
8.Fish Kofta Curry is ready to serve with Naan OR Chapati OR Rice.
