STEP#1 1.Take a bowl add chaat masala and lemon juice mix well.. 2.Take green chillies, small cut in middle part and remove all seeds of chillies.. 3.Now mixture (chaat masala+lemon juice) fill in green chillies and keep side.
STEP#2 1.Take a pan OR karahi,add oil, onion blended and ginger garlic paste fry until in light golden ( med high flame ). 2.Add meat, tomatoes blended, yogurt, salt, Acahari Masala Powder(Homemade). Mix well cover and simmer untill meat and masala perfect done. 3.When meat become perfect done, Add filled green chillies, coriander chopped slightly mix, cover and simmer about 10 mins. 4.ACHAR GOSHT with HOMEMADE ACHARI MASALA is ready to serve with Naan OR chapati.#UrduRecipe
