INGREDIENTS:
*Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup OR 4 tbsp) *Green Chillies (1/2 kg) *Homemade Acahri Masala (3 tbsp heaped) *Tamarind Pulp (3/4 cup OR 12 tbsp) *Salt (1 tsp leveled)
METHOD:
1.Take a pan, add unsalted butter melt it and add green chillies. Fry until change the colour approx 5-8 mins (med low flame). 2.Add water, homemade Achari Masala and Mix well, cover and cook for 10 mins (on low flame). 3.Add tamarind pulp and salt. Mix well, fry for 2-3 mins (on med flame) and cover & simmer for 3-5 mins.
