Chicken Steam Roast Recipe without steamer & oven| Steam Chicken Recipe | Steam Roast By Urdu Recipe
Learn, How to Make Steam Roast. A Step by Step Easy, simple & Delicious Chicken Steam Roast Recipe at home without steamer & oven in Urdu/Hindi & with English Subtitle.



INGREDIENTS:

FOR CHICKEN MARINATION:
*Whole Chicken (1300 gm)
*Red Chilli Powder (2 tsp heaped)
*Salt (1 & 1/2 tsp)
*Whole Spice Powder (1 tsp)
*Cumin {raosted & crushed} (1 tsp)
*Chaat Masala Powder (1 tsp)
*Turmeric Powder (1/2 tsp)
*Yellow Food Colour (1/8 tsp)
*Yellow Food Colour (1/8 tsp)
*Ginger Paste (1 tsp heaped)
*Garlic Paste (1 tsp heaped)
*Hung Curd (2 tbsp heaped)
*Egg (1)
*Lemon Juice (2 tbsp)
*Oil (3/4 cup)

CHICKEN FOR STEAMING:
*Star anise (1)
*Cinnamon Stick (2)
*Cloves (3-4)
*Green Cardamom (1-2)



METHOD:

FOR CHICKEN MARINATION
1.Take a oven proof dish (for marination then steam), add Hung Curd, Egg, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Chaat Masala Powder, Whole Spice Powder, Cumin {roasted & crushed}, Tandoori Red food Colour and Yellow Food Colour. Mix it well untill thick paste.
2.Coat the spices well inside and outside of the chicken.
3.Cover and merinate the chicken one day for good result.

FOR STEAM
1.Take a big pot , add little water, add stand & add Anise Star, Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Green Cardamon for steaming. Cover and bring it boil.
2.Add marinated chicken with dish on stand, cover and steam one side for 15 mins.
3.After 15 mins, turn chicken side, again cover and steam another side for 20 mins.
4.After 20 mins, remove the chicken with dish from pot.
5.Take a wok, add steamed chicken with stock. Keep stiring for 5 mins (one side) & dried the chicken water (on med flame).
6.After 5 mins, turn another side. Keep stiring for 5 mins (another side) , dried the chicken water (on med low flame).
7.Add oil, Keep stiring and fry chicken untill grill marks both side on it (on med flame).
8.After grill marks on both sides, remove chicken from wok.
9.Chicken Steam Roast is serve with naan, chutni and salat.
