FOr Completly Removing Smell Of Liver: 1.Take chicken liver, clean and wash properly. 2.Take a Bowl, add 2 glass of normal water, 4 tbsp of white vinegar and chicken liver (washed and cleaned). Mix well and leave for 10 mins. 3.Wash again after 10 mins, drain water and keep in a seive for rinsing.
For Liver Masala: 1.Take a pan, add oil and chopped onion, cook untill light golden in colour (on med flame). 2.Add fine chopped garlic, saute for 1-2 mins (on med flame). 3.Add chopped tomatoes, water(1/4 cup), Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder , Red Chilli Flakes, Salt, Chaat Masala Powder and Black Pepper Powder. Mix it well, cover and cook untill masala get ready and oil seperated (on low flame). 4.Add chiken liver (washed, cleaned, and smell less), fenugreek crushed leaves, yogurt, cumin seeds {roasted & crushed}, coriander seeds {roasted & crushed}, fennel seeds {roasted & Crushed}, ginger julienne and green chillies chopped. Mix it and Stir Fry about 5 mins (med high flame). 5.Now, Cover & cook for futher 5 mins (on low flame). 6.Add whole spice powder and coriandar chopped leaves. Mix it, cover and cook for 1-2 mins (on low flame).
Chicken Liver Masala is ready to serve with naan and chapati...
