Easy to follow and make perfect papri/papdi everytime. All purpose flour with just few ingredients and you will very crispy and crunchy papri/papdi at your home. Store in a airtight container. Enjoy on top of all kind chaats, dahi bhalay, bhel puri ect.
*For kneading dough 1.In a bowl, add white flour, salt, cumin, carom seeds and oil. Mix untill crumbled. 2.Gradually add luke warm water and knead until a hard dough. 3.Cover and rest for 20-25 minutes.
*For rolling 1.After 25 minutes, slightly knead untill formed. 2.Make 2 equal size dough, coat in dry flour. 3.Dust the surface and roll out thin dough with the help of rolling pin. 4.Cut into round shape with the help of round cookie cutter and prick with fork.
*For Frying 1.In a pan / wok. Add oil, heat it and fry papri on med flame untill golden brown.
