Ingredients:-
1 litre Full-Fat Milk
Cardamom Powder
Sugar, to taste
Saffron soaked in milk
Almonds, sliced
Pistachios, sliced

Method:-
1. Bring the milk to a boil and lower the flame.
2. Cook on a low flame until the milk turns colour. Keep collecting the cream that forms to the sides of the kadhai.
3. Then add cardamom powder, sugar, saffron milk, almonds and pistachios. Stir well.
4. Now scrape off the cream stuck to the sides and mix well.
5. Turn the flame off, transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Kesar Rabri is ready to eat!! हर हर महादेव!!!
