---RECIPE--- Boil the Potatoes and mash it. Now add chopped Onion, Garlic, Green Chilies, Salt, Roasted Jeera/Cumin, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Leaves, Amchur/Chat Masala and any Pickle Masala. Mix it well. Make a firm dough of Atta/Wheat Flour and do the stuffing then close it. Roll them with soft hands. Cook them over Non-Stick Tawa and apply Oil periodically.
