00:00Let's go over some of the potential buyers or sellers in baseball.
00:03We'll start off with a definitive seller.
00:05That's the Colorado Rockies.
00:07But my gosh, you know, they really took it to the Cardinals this week.
00:10And, you know, certainly St. Louis, we did not think going into the season had any shot at making the postseason.
00:15But at this point, would it be surprising to see them move some pieces here with the trade deadline?
00:22Yeah, I mean, they're a tough team.
00:23It feels like they're just in the middle.
00:26Even if you make the playoffs, are you really going to make any noise if you've got there?
00:30I don't think so.
00:31Obviously, you know, they might feel differently.
00:34But they're also a team that feels like, hey, they need some hitting and they need some pitching.
00:38What do you do?
00:39And it might just make more sense to sell and just say, you know what?
00:42We had a better run than we thought this year.
00:44We like our pieces.
00:46We think we can, you know, sort of make some deals, improve overall for the long term and come back next year.
00:52But obviously, that's a proud franchise.
00:54Those are some proud fans.
00:57So, I mean, I could really see them going either way.
00:59I mean, it might sound silly, but it might depend on how this weekend goes for them.
01:03It really might come down to where they're looking at as we get even closer to the deadline.
01:08So, they're one of those weird teams that I could see going either way right now and just trying to improve slightly around the margins.
01:14Or if they, you know, get a good offer for one of their pieces right now, going ahead and making that deal.
