00:00And then the other matchup this weekend, the Interleague Showdown.
00:02And could it be a World Series preview?
00:04I don't know.
00:05Yankees fans probably not feeling like that right now.
00:07But the Yankees are minus 150 on the line tonight.
00:10High total, by the way.
00:11Nine and a half.
00:12Probably the starters have something to do with that.
00:14Tyjuan Walker starts for Philadelphia.
00:18And Will Warren, who my guess is, will end up getting replaced by somebody else the Yankees get next week.
00:23That's probably a guess.
00:25So he's probably going to have to have a good start tonight in order to keep his spot.
00:30Yeah, the Yankees are kind of rolling out a lot of different young arms right now,
00:34just hoping they can catch lightning in a bottle with somebody.
00:37And the reality is the Yankees are probably going to add three rotation arms in the next week or so here.
00:42And Will Warren has kind of been the reason as to why they're going to be so aggressive,
00:46because he started off the season really, really strong in terms of the strikeouts were there,
00:51the limiting of runs earned.
00:53And then there was a series against the Dodgers where everything just kind of fell off the wagon.
00:57And he hasn't ever really recovered since then.
01:00When you are looking at the Phillies, I think they're playing better baseball right now.
01:04And the fact that they are a plus money dog, give me them all day.
01:08I think they win this one, and I think they could win it pretty convincingly.
01:11All right.
01:12So maybe you'll feel the same way about Saturday's games and Sunday's games, the pitching matchups.
01:16I mean, really, the primary one is Sunday when you take a look at it,
01:19because you have Zach Wheeler going up against Rodon.
01:22And that's just a monster game.
01:23And then there's Saturday's, too.
01:26Suarez banged up his last time out.
01:28Here are the odds to win this little series here this weekend.
01:32It's about a coin flip, Rob, on who wins it, minus 105, minus 115.
01:38And sweep is kind of a long shot here.
01:41I really don't love these sweep odds.
01:42I mean, Rob, don't you think that, I mean, these teams are going to win a game at least a piece, no?
01:46Yeah, the offenses are humming too well right now for them to kind of have this like a totally bad series out of nowhere.
01:56And I do think when you're talking about who wins a series, it's kind of the same sentiment where I'd rather bet on like total runs scored if that was like a random prop that got thrown up in a series.
02:06Because I do think there's going to be a lot of runs, even in that Sunday game with Wheeler and Rodon.
02:12Both of those guys have been allowing a lot of hard contact as of late.
02:15And if we do see something like a six and a half or a seven over under, I'm going to be actually riding the over in that game.
02:21Okay, fair enough.
02:23Real quick, let's show the odds to win America League MVP.
02:26Rob, before we get to the Mets Giants game, I'll give you 30 seconds to make a case for anybody else except Judge.
02:32These numbers for Judge just keep climbing.
02:34It's 50 now.
02:36Yeah, I can't get there, man.
02:38And unfortunately, Cal Raleigh did have a moment where, you know, the Seattle Mariners traveled to the Bronx and he could have really showed up and showed out.
02:46And I think optically, when you're all talking about like awards and the futures in that department, it's a definite popularity contest.
02:53You have to kind of play to that strength when you are eyeing these long shot odds.
02:57And I think Cal Raleigh kind of lost optically in that series where they just kind of got flattened by the Yankees.
03:04All right, finally, Mets and Giants squaring off in San Francisco.
03:09Only time this year the Mets will visit their low total Giants can't score.
03:14That's the key here.
03:15Logan Webb will score for the Giants.
03:17Clay Holmes for the Mets.
03:19I know the Giants have at least, you know, sort of getting back into the picture here a little bit, but they kind of hurt themselves, Rob, over the last week, losing as many as they did.
03:26Yeah, this this Giants offense is basically what the Mariners issue has been over the past three years.
03:32Great pitching can't hit.
03:34And for Logan Webb, man, he's been getting touched up as of late as well, giving up a lot of hard contact and it's materializing and runs aloud as well.
03:42I feel like the Mets should be a definitive favorite in this game here tonight.
03:45And because of the Logan Webb name brand, I think we're getting a really good price on the Mets here, even with Clay Holmes on the bump.
03:53So, yeah, give me the Mets and maybe even ladder or run line with that side as well.
03:58Yeah.
03:58Do you think the Giants is still in this thing, Rob?
04:01I mean, I don't know.
04:02I mean, they kind of went all in already by getting Devers.
04:04But, I mean, maybe with Arizona punting, it gives them a better shot.
04:08That's the only good news I would have here.
04:11Yeah, they might be picking up the scraps of this deadline in terms of the offensive side and just kind of hoping they can catch lightning in a bottle with some of these other players that have been underperforming.
04:21But, yeah, to your point, this is definitely not one of the more aggressive buyers, even after that Devers trade at this point.
