00:00And then you had Nick Dunlap on here, which I thought was, you know,
00:02That's the other one I think that people will kind of always refer back to
00:07with his career.
00:08I think it's kind of going to be his low point in his career, you would imagine.
00:12Like when you shoot, was it 90?
00:14You shoot 90?
00:15Yeah, yeah.
00:16I tell you what, that's tough on the grand world stage of the Masters,
00:21and especially for a player that we all know how good he is.
00:26I mean, I watched a kid play since he was a kid.
00:29So it's, you know, I hate to see it.
00:32But I also know that it's never going to stop him from getting to where he's
00:37eventually going to get to.
00:38He goes 90, 71, and the extra context of that story was he goes and buys
00:45or has his agent go buy a bag of balls, and he's staying at some house in the
00:49area just near the woods and just rips balls into the woods that night to kind
00:53of let it all out.
00:54That's how he is.
00:54It's amazing.
00:55He's just so dedicated to his craft, and I know he's going to get through
01:00whatever it is that started kind of around that time with, you know, the stuff
01:06off the tee.
01:07Once he gets that cleaned up, the rest of the game is so good.
01:09So that would probably be something that I think we'll just kind of hang on to in
01:14our heads of, okay, when next time Nick Dunlap wins, we can refer back to that
01:19Thursday round at Augusta National.
01:21Well, no, I think, I mean, the crazy thing about that is you think of all the
01:24different ways you can be in the spotlight, you know, with a part of your game at
01:29a professional level malfunctioning, and the one that feels the most glaring and
01:32obvious is putting.
01:33You know, we've talked about that with Scotty and others the last couple years, but
01:36really, I can't think of anything scarier as a pro golfer than not being able to
01:43know where it's going off the tee.
01:44Like, that is a much more severe situation than not being able to get in the hole,
01:48right?
01:48I mean, because you're just, you know, every, every single hole you're playing
01:51behind.
01:52Do you want to talk to a guy that knows?
01:54Because do you want to...
01:56It's supposed to be a tee-up for you.
01:57Okay.
01:58Like, I didn't know if...
01:59It's a tee-up.
02:00Yeah.
02:01I can provide a little insight here if you'd like me to, or you could just ponder,
02:05you know, either or.
02:08I mean, I'd say, well, I've seen it.
02:11I've all seen what happens after it.
02:12And that part's the best part of it.
02:15You know, I've seen some amazing escape shots.
02:16It's fun for you, too.
02:17It's not fun for making a living.
02:20That's why we're in the YouTube game now, which is a great place to be.
02:24Yeah.
02:25I mean, I think you have on here, like, some notes about Rory, which I love.
02:27Like, just people forget Rory started out Saturday with six straight threes.
02:31I mean...
02:32I forgot.
02:32Didn't you forget?
02:33I was sitting in the press building, which is like, by the way, you know, if we're talking
02:39about things we love, you know, now that we're Big J journalists, we're emerging on the golf
02:44scene as Big J journalists, like, that press building is just unbelievable second to none.
02:50It's like, you know, stadium seating back to front with this beautiful view of the range
02:53and the murmurs, like, just the outright gasps as we're watching every new score fall on his
03:01card as he's making threes, that was a pretty electric day.
