00:00Good morning to all. Today is Tuesday, December 10, 2024, and this will be the time for the whole afternoon and for the next few days.

00:12At the moment, the Shire Line continues to flow, or the flow of wind and air from the Pacific Ocean,

00:19and it is affecting the eastern part of Central and Southern Luzon.

00:23It is still expected to have cloudy skies and scattered rains in some parts of Metro Manila,

00:30as well as in Calabarzon, Bicol Region, some parts of Central Luzon, and some parts of Mimaropa.

00:37Meanwhile, because of the wind and air, it will continue to experience cloudy skies and rains in some parts of Cagayan Valley

00:44and some parts of Cordillera, and thunderstorms in some parts of Ilocos Region and Central Luzon.

00:51Meanwhile, the Intertropical Convergence Zone continues to flow, or the flow of wind from the Northern and Southern Hemisphere,

00:58and it is affecting the eastern part of Mindanao and Palawan.

01:03It is still expected to have cloudy skies and rains in the mentioned areas.

01:09And for the time being, today in Calacang Luzon, it is still expected to have cloudy skies and scattered rains,

01:16as well as in Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Bicol Region, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Aurora, and Bulacan.

01:30And because of the wind and air, it is still expected to have cloudy skies and rains in some parts of Cagayan Valley,

01:37Apayao, Ipugao, Abra, and Mountain Province.

01:42And here in the northern part of Luzon, particularly in Ilocos Region and the southern part of Central Luzon,

01:48it is expected to have cloudy skies and rains, as well as wind and air.

01:53The temperature in Lawag is 23 to 30 degrees Celsius, in Tugaygaraw is 22 to 27, in Baguio City 17 to 22,

02:02here in Metro Manila and Legazpi is 25 to 30 degrees Celsius,

02:07and in Tagaytay is 21 to 29 degrees Celsius.

02:13And let's move on to the weather.

02:16Here in Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan, it is still expected to have cloudy skies and rains,

02:23as well as in the Intertropical Convergence Zone, or ITCC, in Buangadal Norte and Palawan.

02:30And here in the southern part of Visayas and Mindanao, it is expected to have isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

02:39The temperature in Iloilo, Metro Cebu, and Tacloban is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius,

02:46and here in Palawan, Puerto Princesa, and Calayaan Islands is 25 to 30 degrees Celsius,

02:53and in Cagayan de Oro, 24 to 31, and in Zamboanga City, 25 to 33,

02:59and here in Metro Davao, it is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:06And because of the effect of the shear line, it is still expected to have heavy to intense rains,

03:13here in Quezon and Camarines Norte.

03:15Meanwhile, it is expected to have moderate to heavy rains in Aurora, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, and Catanduanes.

03:24It is important for our countrymen to be on the alert,

03:28especially now that heavy rains are expected to bring floods and landslides.

03:34And it is expected to continue to have shear lines in Luzon,

03:39particularly heavy to intense rains in Quezon and Aurora,

03:42and moderate to heavy rains in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes.

03:50It is still expected to have a shear line.

03:53And here in Mindanao, it is expected to have moderate to heavy rains in Surigao del Norte,

03:59Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Sur, Davao Oriental, Zamboanga del Norte, and Zamboanga Cebu.

04:08And by Thursday, it is still expected to have a shear line and intertropical convergence zone

04:14that will bring moderate to heavy rains here in Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon,

04:21as well as Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Davao Oriental.

04:27So it is important for our countrymen to be on the alert against floods and landslides.

04:34And today, our gale warning is also high for the towns of Ilocos Norte,

04:40Cagayan, Baboyan Islands, Isabela, Northern Aurora,

04:45Northern and Eastern Coast of Polilio Islands, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur,

04:50and Northern and Eastern Coast of Catanduanes.

04:53Our countrymen should be careful and as much as possible,

04:56do not go out due to the risk of high waves, such as strong winds.

05:03And today, it is expected to be 610 in the morning and will drop to 528 in the afternoon.
