00:10In our latest satellite images, we can see that we have two low-pressure areas.

00:15One is inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility while the other is outside.

00:20The one inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility is the last to pass,

00:24more than 1,000 kilometers east-northeast of the Extreme Northern Luzon.

00:28Meanwhile, the one outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility is in the east-northeast part of Luzon.

00:37As of now, these two low-pressure areas are not expected to become a storm,

00:42at least based on our latest data.

00:45This has no direct effect on any part of our country.

00:49We will continue to monitor this, especially since it is still in the ocean.

00:54It is still possible for this to become a storm.

00:59Again, based on our latest data this morning,

01:04there is still a small chance for these two low-pressure areas to become a storm.

01:09One is inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility while the other is outside.

01:12The Southwest Monsoon or Habagat,

01:14as you can see, there is still a lot of clouds in the Visayas and Southern part of Luzon.

01:18This is what will bring rain, especially in the Visayas and Southern part of Luzon.

01:25We expect that there is still a high chance of clouds in the sky

01:29and that there will be heavy rains in the Western Visayas, Negros Island Region, and Central Visayas,

01:36as well as in the Southern part of Luzon, along with the Bataan and Sambales areas.

01:42In the Visayas and Southern part of Luzon,

01:48isolated rain showers and thunderstorms will occur from day to night.

01:53It is also possible that there will be heavy rains in the early hours of the day,

01:56especially in the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat.
