Introduction Chicken Sajji or Balochi Sajji, a brown equivalent of a standard rotisserie chicken, is a popular dish from the Balochistan province of Pakistan. Although we have steam roasted the chicken in this recipe, conventionally, a Sajji is made on an open fire. The whole chicken is marinated with a few simple spices, & further steam roasted along with potatoes on a medium to low flame. With this recipe, you can make an impressive Sajji in your own home!
