But today we have here, Roast Chicken that is cooked in a pressure cooker with steam, calling it the Chicken Steam Roast. It is a one-pot whole Chicken dish, that is juicy and delicious. Steam Chicken Roast Ingredients -
For Brining The Chicken - 1 litre Water Salt (as required) 2 tbsp Vinegar 1 whole Chicken
For the Green Spice mix - 2-inches Ginger (peeled and chopped) ¼ cup Garlic Cloves (peeled) 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves 4-5 Green Chillies
For The Marinade - Prepared Spice-mix 2 tbsp Curd (whisk) 1 tsp Garam masala Powder 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder ½ tsp Chaat Masala 1 tsp Roasted Coriander Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder ½ Turmeric Powder Juice of 1 Lemon Salt (as required) 2 tbsp Oil Coriander Leaves (for garnish)
