Hong Kong’s Bouncing Bamboo Noodles - Eat China (S2E9)

These noodles are made by jumping up and down on a bamboo pole. It’s a traditional method that only a few shops in Hong Kong still practice.

We went to Kwan Kee, one of the last bamboo noodle shops in Hong Kong, to learn how they’re made.
