The little wonton shop where diners feel at home

This restaurant in Sai Kung, east of Hong Kong, has been serving up wonton noodles for over 30 years. The owner’s dumplings are packed with fresh shrimp and pork, served with thin egg noodles in a hot broth.

We find out why her neighbors love this store, and why she’s continued to run the business despite facing grief and hardship.
