Growing up in London as a child of immigrants, the connection between Aaron Mo and his culture were Hong Kong buns. He started a bakery to share his love of these breads. People love his version of pineapple bun, his cats, and his quirky sales technique — where he doesn’t make it sound the best, but folks love his honesty anyway.
