Ingredients:
(Serves 4)

- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 7-8 Cashew Nuts
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 6-7 Cloves
- 6-7 Black Pepper Corns
- 3 Green Chilies (chopped)
- 4 Green Cardamom
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Onion (sliced)
- 1 tsp Salt

- 1 cup French Beans
- 1 cup Carrots (chopped)
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Mug Basmati Rice
- 2 Mug Water

- 1 cup Capsicum
- Fried Cashew
- Coriander Leaves
