Prime Minister Narendra Modi today announced that India had joined the elite club of space powers by shooting down a low-orbit satellite within just three minutes with an anti-satellite missile, demonstrating its technical capability. The only three other members of the space super league are US, Russia and China.

అంతరిక్షంలో భారత్ సత్తా చాటింది. ప్రపంచంలో మరో స్పేస్ పవర్గా అవతరించింది. అంతరిక్షంలో లైవ్ శాటిలైట్ ను పేల్చివేసిన భారత్.. అమెరికా, చైనా, రష్యా తర్వాత నాల్గో స్పేస్ పవర్గా అవతరించింది. భారత సైంటిస్టులు అంతరిక్షంలో 300కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో ఉన్న లో ఎర్త్ ఆర్బిట్ లైవ్ శాటిలైట్ ను విజయవంతంగా కూల్చివేశారని ప్రధాని నరేంద్రమోడీ ప్రకటించారు. ఈ ప్రయోగం విజయవంతం చేసిన సైంటిస్టులకు ఆయన అభినందనలు చెప్పారు.
