Jagannath Rath Yatra 2025 - ఒడిశాలోని ప్రసిద్ధ పూరీ జగన్నాథ రథయాత్ర శుక్రవారం జరుగుతుంది. కన్నుల పండుగగా జరిగే ఈ యాత్రను చూడడానికి దేశ, విదేశాల నుంచి లక్షలాది మంది భక్తులు తరలివస్తున్నారు. దాదాపు 15 లక్షల మంది భక్తులు పూరీ చేరుకున్నట్లు సమాచారం
ఈ రథయాత్రలో భక్తులు జగన్నాథుడు, ఆయన సోదరసోదరీమణులు బలభద్రుడు, సుభద్రలకు చెందిన రథాలను లాగుతారు. ఈ ముగ్గురు దేవతలు ముందుగా గుండిచా ఆలయానికి వెళ్లి అక్కడ కొంత కాలం గడుపుతారు. తరువాత అక్కడ నుంచి జగన్నాథ ఆలయానికి తిరిగి వస్తారు. అంటే జూన్ 27న మొదలైన ఈ రథయాత్ర జులై 8న ముగ్గురు దేవతలు తమ ప్రధాన మందిరానికి తిరిగి రావడంతో ముగుస్తుంది. 12వ శతాబ్దం నుంచి నేటి వరకు ఏటా ఇలానే పూరీ జగన్నాథుని రథయాత్ర అంగరంగ వైభవంగా అప్రతిహతంగా జరుగుతూనే ఉంది.
