Puri (Odisha), June 28, 2025, (ANI): Devotees from across the globe gather for Puri's iconic Jagannath Rath Yatra.On Rath Yatra, Gorangi, a devotee, says, "I have been living in India for 20 years. Yesterday was the first day of the Rath Yatra festival. Lakhs of people are coming. By the mercy of Lord Jagannath, I got to take his darshan. Today, I hope I will have the grace to pull Jagannath to Gundicha. This is a very special festival because Lord Jagannath comes out of the temple to see all his devotees and give his mercy..." On Rath Yatra, a devotee from West Africa says, "This is my very first opportunity to witness the Rath Yatra in Puri. Yesterday, we only got the opportunity to have darshan of Lord Jagannath. But today, hopefully Jagannath will be kind, we will be able to pull his chariot as today is the second day."

00:20Yesterday was the first day of the Ratha Yatra festival. So many lakhs and lakhs of people are coming.

00:26By Jagannath's mercy I got to take his darshan. Today his sweet leela is still in the temple so we have one more day of Ratha Yatra.

00:36So today I am hoping that I will be able to have the mercy of pulling Jagannath to Gundicha.

00:42So this is a very special festival because usually we have to go to the temple to see God.

00:49But for Ratha Yatra Jagannath comes outside to see all of his devotees and give his mercy.

00:55So Jagannath's mercy is unlimited. Jai Jagannath!

01:01Hi Krishna! My name is Tulasi Maharani. I am coming from West Africa.

01:06And this is my very first opportunity to witness Ratha Yatra in Puri.

01:12And yesterday we only had the opportunity to take the darshan of Jagannath.

01:17But today, hopefully if Jagannath is merciful, we can pull his rats because today is the second day. Jai Jagannath!

01:26I am from my country, Russia. But we stay in Vrindavan in our ashram.

01:33So we came here for Guru Seva. We want to distribute these books.

01:38I am very happy because like before, I never seen this chariot so close.

01:49Actually, we always come in when they come in to Gundicha Mandir and then we can see Darshan.

01:54But now we can see all Takuraj, Baladev, Subhadra. Very close. We are so happy.

02:11Actually, no. I am a little bit afraid because so many people crash.

02:32from Vishnu Patash, Sutrushata, Shemat Bhaktivedanta, Modus, Uda Nagasai, Maharaj, from Vrindavan.

02:44But this festival time, I can see the God himself, like this directly, to have his Darshan.
