Gjikondi: Koka e qelbit e gjithë kësaj situate është kodi zgjedhor, që sjell këtë bipolaritet midis dy forcave politike që shtiren sikur duan rotacion, kod zgjedhor që gjeneron diktatorë të vegjël. Në rast se duhet të kemi zgjidhje radikale në Shqipëri, është reforma zgjedhore.
