Mustard Oil, boiled and cooled down to room temperature
Bay Leaves
4-5 Dried Red Chillies
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 tsp. Fennel Seeds
1 tsp. Fenugreek Seeds
1 tsp. Onion Seeds
2 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste
500 gms. Mutton
1½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
3 medium sized Onions, sliced
2 Tomatoes, sliced
1 cup Curd
½ cup Water
Coriander Leaves

1. In a pressure cooker heat oil and add bay leaves, cinnamon, dried red chillies, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds, ginger-garlic paste and roast well.
2. Add mutton pieces and stir.
3. Then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and stir.
4. Now add the onions, tomatoes, curd and mix well.
5. Add water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
6. Add coriander leaves and cook until the gravy thickens.
7. Turn the flame off and serve.
