Ingredients:
250 gms Poha 3 Onions, chopped 4-5 tsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 10-12 Curry Leaves 4-5 Green Chillies 1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 Lemon Juice Coriander Leaves Salt to taste

२५० gms जाडे पोहे ३ कांदे, बारीक चिरलेले ४-५ tsp तेल १ tsp मोहरी १०-१२ काढीपत्त्याची पाने ४-५ हिरव्या मिरच्या १/४ tsp हळद १/२ लिंबाचा रस कोथिंबीर मीठ
Method:
- In a bowl, soak the poha in some water for a minute. Immediately remove them in another plate. - In a pan, heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, chopped onions & turmeric powder. Saute everything for a minute. Cover it with a lid and let the onions become soft. - Add the soaked poha, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. Mix everything well. - Cover it with a lid and let it cook for a minute. - Garnish it with grated coconut and serve!
