Britney Spears sued by former bodyguard

Britney Spears has been accused by a former bodyguard of sexual harassment, according to a lawsuit filed at LA's Superior Court on Wednesday.

Fernando Flores, claims Spears made several sexual advances towards him and also put him under emotional distrees, shortly after he began working for her in February 2010.

Flores, a former policeman, has since quit his job, but now seeks damages, the sum of which has not yet been specified.

Among other things, the court file hits at Britney's alleged poor parenting skills. Flores claims to have witnessed Britney abusing her two sons Jean Preston and Jayden James with a belt, which she had borrowed from him.

The Spears camp has yet to respond to these allegations. Meanwhile, Britney's former husband Kevin Federline, who is father of Jean Preston, four, and Jayden James, two, has stepped in. His lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, denounced the accusations as "baseless".

Kaplan said: "He (Federline) is satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives. They are as baseless as they seem. I think that the timing of this and the nature of the allegations speak for themselves."
