00:00This morning I said that we have reached as humanitarians to an iron wall with regard to being able to do anything.
00:14We are out of choices, we are out of corridors, we are out of everything that a humanitarian agency should be able to do.
00:25The situation in Gaza is indescribable, it cannot be described.
00:33When you are talking about total failure of the health system, as a system,
00:41now what we have in Gaza are sporadic services here and there, of medical and health services.
00:48But we don't have a system anymore.
00:50I know it is a desperate situation, at least when it comes to kids and babies.
01:01To know that they are losing lives, and nobody can say how many.
01:05You know, we only count, we only see the ones who are able to get to the hospital.
01:11How many others are there who are not able to get to hospital or try to get some service?
01:18And hospitals are becoming useless.
01:21They are becoming, they don't have the means to address the problem.
01:31Our hospitals are becoming a place where you just go and throw injured people.
01:36And the means in Nasser Hospital, the European is closed, in our hospital, in Khanyuni, Salamel Hospital.
01:46You are there to save lives.
01:49The first thing we train our people is how to save their lives to save others.
01:54You don't go to die, you go to save people.
01:57And if you cannot save people, we are useless.
02:02Unfortunately, we are losing children.
02:08You
