00:00Now, let us go on and look at mountains.
00:05The Quran has more than a dozen verses
00:07stating that God placed firm and unmovable mountains
00:11on the earth.
00:12And in some of these verses, the mountains
00:14are listed as either a blessing for believers
00:17or a warning for the unbelievers.
00:19One example of this is found in the Suralukman, 31, 10, 11,
00:24where the mountains are one of five warnings.
00:25It says, he has created the heavens without supports
00:37that you can see, and has cast El-Kah onto the earth firm
00:43mountains, rahuasya, lest it should shake with you.
00:47In the Prophets, 2131, as one of seven warnings, we read,
00:53and we have set on the earth firm mountains,
00:56lest it should shake with them.
00:59Finally, in the B, Nahl, 1615, says,
01:04and he has cast El-Kah onto the earth firm mountains,
01:08rahuasya, lest it should shake with you.
01:12We see then that the believers and unbelievers
01:14are told that Allah has done this great thing.
01:17He's thrown down and placed the mountains
01:19so that the earth will not shake violently with them.
01:22Therefore, we must ask ourselves, what did they understand?
01:24In the next two verses, another picture is given.
01:29The news, Enabah, 78, 6, 7.
01:34Have we not made the earth an expanse and the mountains
01:37as fakes, El-Jibala-Otahedin, as those used
01:41to anchor a tent in the ground?
01:44And then the overwhelming, El-Gashiyah, 88, 17, 19.
01:49Do they, the unbelievers, not look at the mountains, El-Jibal,
01:54how they've been pitched like a tent?
01:57Here men are told that the mountains are placed as tent pegs.
02:01Tent pegs keep the tent stable.
02:02So again, the idea is put forward that the pegs, the mountains,
02:06will keep the earth from shaking.
02:09A third picture is presented in the word Rawasiyah,
02:12used for mountains.
02:14This word comes from the Arabic root Arsa.
02:18And the same root is used for the Arabic word for anchor.
02:21To throw out or cast the anchor is El-Kha'al-Mirsah.
02:25So instead of cast the anchor to keep the ship from moving,
02:29we have cast the mountains to keep the earth from shaking.
02:33From these pictures, it is clear that Mohammed's followers
02:35understood that the mountains were thrown down,
02:38like tent pegs to keep a tent in place,
02:40like an anchor to hold a ship in place,
02:43to stop the earth from moving, i.e., limit earthquakes.
02:47But in fact, this is false.
02:49The forming of mountains causes earthquakes.
02:52Therefore, these verses present a definite problem.
02:56Dr. Maurice Bucay recognized this and discussed them
02:58in his book, The Bible, The Koran, and Science.
03:01After quoting the above verses about mountains, he says,
03:05modern geologists describe the folds in the earth
03:08as giving foundation to the mountains.
03:10And the stability the earth's crust results
03:12from this phenomenon of these folds.
03:15When asked about this, Professor of Geology Dr. David A. Young
03:19says, while it is true that many mountain ranges
03:22are composed of folded rock, and the folds
03:25may be of large scale, it's not true that the folds render
03:29the crust stable.
03:31The very existence of the folds is evidence
03:33of instability in the crust.
03:35In other words, mountains don't keep the earth from shaking.
03:39Their formation caused and still causes the surface
03:42of the earth to shake.
03:45Geological theories at the present time
03:47propose that the hardened crust of the earth
03:49is made of sections or plates, which slowly move in relation
03:53to each other.
03:56Sometimes the plates separate, like North and South America
03:59separating from Europe and Asia, insert Europe and South Africa.
04:04And sometimes they go together, and they slide next to each other,
04:07and they bump into each other.
04:09And then they cause earthquakes.
04:10An example this time of mountain formation is found in the Middle East,
04:17where the migration of Arabia toward Iran has resulted in the Zygros range
04:22in Iran.
04:25In many parts of the world, as one travels along the roads,
04:28one sees a hillside where the sandstone layers, which were horizontal when they
04:33were deposited, are now sticking up at angles.
04:36And so here you can see these sandstone layers, which
04:39were horizontal in the beginning.
04:41Now they're sticking up at 75 degrees, where they were pushed up there
04:46by an earthquake, by the mountains being formed.
04:53Sometimes the plates get caught on each other and stop sliding.
04:57During this period, great forces are built up.
05:00When the forces of friction are overcome, the piece of plate that was stuck lurches
05:04forward, causing the shock wave of a thrust quake.
05:08And all of a sudden, it goes thunk like this.
05:10In a recent earthquake, it was calculated that the Cocos plate in Mexico
05:15suddenly jumped forward three meters.
05:18Well, if your house suddenly jumped three meters,
05:20it would be a catastrophe.
05:23Another type of mountain is that formed by volcanoes.
05:27Lava and ash from inside the earth are thrown out and piled up until a high mountain
05:32is formed, even from the bottom of the sea.
05:36And we can see this kind of action in this picture.
05:40I hope you can see it.
05:44Not clear, is it?
05:45The ocean crust is right here.
06:00And the continental crust is there.
06:03And the oceanic crust is going down under the continental crust.
06:07And mountains have been formed here.
06:10Here's a volcano.
06:11And here is the magma, or the molten rock, going up through the volcano.
06:17And here's another volcano with magma going up.
06:21And so this is how the mountains are formed and earthquakes are formed.
06:32In the case of some igneous mountains, molten rock intrudes into the throat of a volcano's opening,
06:37and cools form a relatively dense intrusion, which extends below the surface of the earth.
06:44So if this got stuck and sealed, then it would be like a plug.
06:50However, it's not a root.
06:51It does not bear the weight of the mountain.
06:53It's really a plug.
06:55Therefore, on occasion, pressure builds up under the plug.
06:58And the volcano explodes, as happened in the South Pacific at Krakatoa in 1883, when the whole island was blown away.
07:06And it happened in Mount St. Helena in our days, when the mountain was blown away.
07:11We can conclude from this information that mountains were formed originally with movement and shaking.
07:16And that now, in the present, earthquakes are caused by their continued formation.
07:21When the plates buckle over each other, there are earthquakes.
07:24When the volcanoes erupt, there can be earthquakes.
07:27However, it is clear that the followers of Muhammad were understanding these verses,
07:32to say that Allah threw the mountains down as the tent pegs or anchors to keep the earth from shaking.
07:40Throwing the mountains down into the earth may be poetry.
07:43But to say that mountains keep the earth from shaking is a severe difficulty,
07:47which is out of step with modern science.
07:50Now we're going to take a little look at what the Koran says about the sun.
07:59In the Surah of the Kaf, 1886, it says,
08:13Until when Zul Kornayn, that's Alexander the Great, reached the setting of the sun,
08:20he found it set in a spring of murky water.
08:23I'm sorry.
08:25In 20th century science, the sun does not set in a spring of murky water.
08:31And then in the Criterion, Al-Furcon 2545-46, it says,
08:37Hast thou not turned thy vision to thy Lord, how he prolongs the shadow?
08:42If he willed, he could make it stationary.
08:45Then do we, God, make the sun its guide.
08:48What about this?
08:50As the sun, if you think of the sun overhead,
08:53you have no shadow or a little tiny shadow.
08:56And then as the sun goes down, your shadow gets longer on the other side.
09:03Well, the sun is stationary in relation to the earth.
09:06It's not what causes the shadow to shift.
09:09The rotating earth guides the shadows.
09:13So if you demand 20th century accuracy, the Surah should say,
09:18the rotating earth causes the shadows to change.
09:23I will look at a different subject, Solomon's death.
09:28Whether this is science, I don't know.
09:30Maybe sociology.
09:31Solomon's dead.
09:34He's propped up on his staff.
09:36Says the jinns worked for him as Solomon desired.
09:39Then when we decreed death upon Solomon,
09:41nothing showed them his death except the little creeping creature of the earth,
09:45which gnawed away his staff.
09:48And when he fell, the jinns came clearly,
09:50saw clearly how if they had known the unseen,
09:53they would not have continued in the humiliating penalty of work.
09:59So here's Solomon.
10:00He's dead.
10:01He's propped up on his staff, like a walk-off in Morocco overseeing only a road gang.
10:07And no cook comes to ask him for what he wants for dinner.
10:10And no general comes for orders.
10:13And none of his nobles come to say, let's go hunting.
10:16No one notices.
10:17I'm sorry.
10:18I do not believe this story.
10:21And it won't fit 20th century sociology or 7th century sociology,
10:27where the king would never be left alone like that.
10:29Now finally, let us look at milk.
10:39It says in the Surah of the Bee and Nahal 1666,
10:42we pour out to you from what is within their cattle, in their abdomen, the cattle's abdomen,
10:49between excretions and blood, milk, pure and agreeable to the drinkers.
10:53In 20th century medical science, the abdomen where intestines are is where the intestines are.
11:08The mammary glands are under the skin.
11:11In humans, they're under the skin here.
11:13In cattle, they're under the skin between the legs.
11:17No connection.
11:18There's no connection between the breasts and the intestines and their feces in any way.
11:24Feces, though in the body, it really is outside of the animal.
11:28The animal's finished with it.
11:30It's not connected to milk or to anything else.
11:34And finally, we're going to look at communities.
11:39The Surah of the Cattle, El Anam 638,
11:44there is not an animal on the earth, nor a being that flies on two wings, but forms communities like you.
11:52Speaks about no animal on earth, not a being that flies.
11:57And then it says that every one of them is communities like you.
12:01And I assume that the Quran is speaking about we humans.
12:07Well, in some spiders, when they finish mating, the mother eats the father.
12:15Well, I'm glad that my wife didn't eat me.
12:17Even in bees, the extra male drones are thrown out to die.
12:25Well, I'm glad also that after we had four children, that my wife didn't push me out of the house, too.
12:32Finally, the lions, when a lion gets old, a male lion gets old, a young lion comes along and drives him away from his own wives.
12:42And the young lion takes over their wives.
12:46But what he does with the cubs, the cubs of the old lion, he kills them all.
12:53So I do not think that this sentence is true.
12:56All of the communities and all of the animals do not live in communities like us.
13:02In conclusion, it is clear that the Quran has many scientific errors.
13:06As a generality, the Quran mirrors and reflects the science of its time, the science of the 7th century AD.
13:15We came here to seek truth.
13:17I have done my best to present valid information.
13:21If you want to see all the references, my book, The Quran and the Bible in the Light of History and Science,
13:27is for sale outside that door at a bargain price tonight.
13:32May the God of all truth guide you.
13:47Thank you, Dr. Campbell, for your presentation.
13:52Now we have brother Sabeel Ahmed presenting an introduction of our next speaker, Dr. Zakir Naik.

16:06wa fi anfusihim.
16:08Hatta yatbayyena lom annao laq.
16:10Ava lam yakfi bribka annahu.
16:13Alla qulli shayin shaheid.
16:15Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
16:16Respected Dr. William Campbell, Dr. Maracas, Dr. Jamal Badwi, brother Samuel Norman, Dr.
16:34Muhammad Naik, my respected elders, and my dear brothers and sisters, I welcome all of
16:39you with the Islamic greetings. As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu. May peace, mercy,
16:49and blessings of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala be on all of you. The topic of today's dialogue
16:57is the Quran and the Bible in the light of science. The glorious Quran is the last and
17:07final revelation, which was revealed to the last and final messenger, Prophet Muhammad peace
17:13be upon him. For any book to claim that it is a revelation from Almighty God, it should
17:22stand the test of time. Previously in the olden days, it was the age of miracles. Alhamdulillah.
17:31The Quran is the miracle of miracles. Later on came the age of literature and poetry. And
17:40Muslims and non-Muslims alike, they claim the glorious Quran to be the best Arabic literature
17:46available on the face of the earth. But today is the age of science and technology. Let us
17:53realize whether the Quran is compatible or incompatible with modern science. Albert Einstein said,
18:02science without religion is lame. And religion without science is blind. Let me remind you
18:10that the glorious Quran is not a book of science. S-C-I-E-N-C-E. It's a book of signs. S-I-G-N-S. It's
18:24a book of ayats. And there are more than 6,000 signs, ayats in the glorious Quran, out of which
18:32more than 1,000 speak about science. As far as my talk regarding Quran and science is concerned,
18:40I will only be speaking about scientific facts which have been established. I will not be
18:46speaking about scientific hypotheses and theories which are based on assumption without any proof
18:53proof because we all know many a times science takes U-turns. Dr. William Campbell, who wrote a reply
19:01to the book of Dr. Maurice Bukele, the Quran, the Bible, and the light of history and science,
19:07he says in his book that there are two types of approaches. One is a concordious approach,
19:15which means a person tries to bring a compatibility between the scripture and science.
19:22and the other is the conflict approach in which a person tries to bring a conflict between scripture
19:31and science like how Dr. William Campbell has done very well. But as far as the Quran is concerned,
19:38irrespective whether a person uses a conflicting approach or a concordious approach, as long as
19:45it is a logical. And after a logical explanation is given to you, not a single person will be able
19:52to prove a single verse of the Quran in conflict with established modern science.
19:58Dr. William Campbell has pointed out various alleged scientific errors in the Quran. And I'm supposed to
20:13actually refute in the rebuttal. But since he chose to speak first, I will be refuting a few points in my
20:19talk. I will reply to the major part of his talk, mainly dealing with embryology and with geology.
20:26The remaining inshallah, inshallah, I will try to have a level best to reply in the rebuttal.
20:34I have to do both. I can't do injustice on the topic. The topic is Quran and Bible in the light of science.
20:39I can't only speak about one scripture. Dr. William Campbell hardly spoke about one or two points about the Bible,
20:45which I shall deal with, inshallah. I will speak about both, inshallah. I want to do justice to the topic.
20:50As far as Quran and modern science is concerned, in the field of astronomy, the scientists, the astronomers,
20:59a few decades earlier, they described how the universe came into existence. They call it the Big Bang.
21:08And they said initially, there was one primary nebula, which later on, it separated with the Big Bang,
21:16which gave rise to galaxies, stars, sun, and the earth we live in. This information is given in a nutshell
21:25in the glorious Quran, in Surah Anbiya, chapter 21, verse 30, which says,
21:29Do not the unbelievers see
21:38That the heavens and the earth were joined together, and we closed them asunder.
21:42Imagine, this information which they came to know recently, the Quran mentions 1400 years ago.
21:48When I was in school, I had learned that the sun, in respect to the earth, it was stationary.
21:57The earth and the moon, they rotated about the axis, but the sun was stationary.
22:01But when I read a verse of the Quran, saying, in Surah Anbiya, chapter 21, verse 33, it says,
22:10It is Allah who has created the night and the day.
22:15The sun and the moon, each one traveling in orbit with its own motion.
22:22Now, Alhamdulillah, modern science has confirmed the Quranic statement.
22:28The Arabic word used in the Quran is Yasbahun, which describes the motion of a moving body.
22:33When it refers to a celestial body, it means it is rotating about its own axis.
22:38So, Quran says, the sun and the moon, they revolve as well as rotate about their own axis.
22:44Today, we have come to know that the sun takes approximately 25 days to complete one rotation.
22:49It was Edwin Hubble who discovered that the universe is expanding.
22:56The Quran says in Surah Dharyaat, chapter 51, verse number 47,
23:01that we have created the expanding universe, the vastness of space.
23:06The Arabic word, Mosiyona, refers to vastness, the expanding universe.
23:12Regarding the topics on astronomy which Dr. William Campbell touched,
23:15I will deal in the rebuttal, inshallah.
23:18In the field of water cycle, Dr. William Campbell pointed out certain things,
23:25the Quran describes the water cycle in great detail.
23:28I know that William Campbell mentioned four stages.
23:31In his book, he mentions four A and B.
23:33The last one he didn't mention in the slide, I don't know why.
23:35It says that replenishing the water table, he missed out here,
23:39maybe because it's not mentioned in the Bible.
23:44He said there is not a single verse in the Quran which speaks about evaporation.
23:51The Quran says in Surah Tariq, chapter number 86, verse number 11,
23:56that by the capacity of the heavens to return.
24:01And almost all the commentary of the Quran, they said that this verse of Surah Tariq, chapter 86, verse number 11,
24:07refers to the capacity of the heavens to return back rain, meaning evaporation.
24:13Dr. William Campbell, who knows Arabic, may say,
24:16why didn't Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala specifically mention,
24:20meaning the capacity of the heavens to return back rain?
24:24Why didn't Allah mention it specifically?
24:27Now we have come to know why didn't Allah do that in his divine wisdom.
24:31Because today we have come to know that besides the ozone sphere, the layer above the earth,
24:38besides returning back rain, it even returns back other beneficial matter and energy of the earth which is required by the human beings.
24:47It does not only return back rain, today we have come to know it even returns back waves of telecommunication,
24:54of television, of radio by which we can see TV, we can communicate, we can hear the radio.
25:00And besides that, it even returns back the harmful rays of the outer space, back on the other side, and absorbs.
25:07For example, the ultraviolet rays of the sunlight is absorbed by the ionosphere.
25:13If this was not done, life on the earth would have ceased to exist.
25:17So Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala is far superior, and far more accurate when it says,
25:22Rajya sama, by the capacity of the heavens to return.
25:25And the remaining thing, as he mentioned, is there in the Qur'an, you can refer to my video cassette.
25:31The Qur'an described the water cycle in great detail.
25:34Regarding what he said about the Bible, he sought stage 1 and stage 3 in the first slide,
25:39and the second stage 1, 3 and then 2.
25:42That the rain water is taken up, he says, and then the rain water comes on the earth.
25:47This is the philosophy of phase of Miletus in 7th century BC.
25:51He thought that the spray of the ocean was picked up by the wind and fell into the interior as rain.
25:56There's no cloud mentioned there.
25:58In the second quotation Dr. William Campbell gave, first is, according to him, evaporation,
26:03which we agree, we don't mind having the concordative approach with the Bible.
26:08Then rain falls down, and there are the clouds formed.
26:11That is not the complete water cycle.
26:13Alhamdulillah, the Qur'an describes the water cycle in great detail, in several places.
26:19How does the water rise, evaporates, form into clouds, the clouds join together, they stack up,
26:25there's thunder and lightning, water comes down, the clouds move into the interior,
26:29they fall down as rain, and the replenishing of the water table, and alhamdulillah, in great detail.
26:34The Qur'an speaks about the water cycle in great detail in several places.
26:40In Surah Noor, Chapter No wrath, Number 24, Verse Number 43.
26:42In Surah Room, Chapter Number 30, Verse 48.
26:44In Surah Az-Zum door, Chapter 39, Verse 21.
26:46In Surah Mo dominant 23, Verse Number 18.
26:48In Surah Room, Chapter Number 30, Verse Number 24.
26:50In Surah Al-Hijjar, Chapter 15, Verse Number 22.
26:52In Surah Ar-éf, Chapter Number 7, Verse Number 57.
26:56In Surah Roy, Chapter Number 13, Verse Number 17.
26:58In Surah Furkan, Chapter 25, Verse Number 46,zasit behind in front bank
27:02In Surah Fathir, chapter number 35, verse number 9.
27:14In Surah Yasin, chapter 36, verse number 34.
27:16In Surah Jashra, chapter 45, verse number 5.
27:19In Surah Qaf, chapter number 50, verse number 9.
27:21In Surah Vaqya, chapter number 56, verse number 60 and 17.
27:24In several places, Surah Mulq, chapter 67, verse number 30.
27:27The glorious Quran speaks about the water cycle in great detail.
27:32Dr. William Campbell spent maximum time on embryology, about half his talk,
27:41quite a lot on geology, and touched on other six topics I've noted down.
27:47In the field of geology we have come to know today,
27:50the geologists tell us that the radius of the Earth is approximately 3,750 miles.
27:56And the deeper layers, they are hot and fluid and cannot sustain life.
28:06And the superficial part of the Earth's crust which we live on,
28:10it is very thin, hardly 1 to 30 miles.
28:13Some portions are thicker, but majority 1 to 30 miles.
28:16And there are high possibilities that this superficial layer, the Earth's crust, it will shake.
28:23It is due to the folding phenomena which gives rise to mountain ranges which gives stability to this Earth.
28:30Quran says, in Surah Nabah, chapter number 78, verse number 6 and 7.
28:35We have made the Earth as an expanse.
28:37Waljabal Autadah and the mountains as stakes.
28:42The Quran doesn't say mountains were thrown up as stakes.
28:45Mountains as stakes.
28:47Arabic word Autadah means stakes, meaning tent peg.
28:51And today we have come to know, in the study of modern geology,
28:55that mountain has got deep roots.
28:57This was known in the second half of the 19th century.
29:02And the superficial part that we see of the mountain is a very small percentage.
29:08The deeper part is within.
29:10Exactly like a stake, how it is driven in the ground.
29:12You can only see a small part on top, the majority is down in the ground.
29:16Or like a tip of the iceberg, you can see the tip on the top,
29:19and about 90% is beneath water.
29:21The Quran says, in Surah Gashya, chapter 88, verse number 19,
29:28and Surah Nazihat, chapter number 79, verse number 32,
29:32Waljabala Ar-Saha, and we have made the mountain standing firm on the Earth.
29:38Made the mountain standing firm on the Earth.
29:41Today, after modern geology has advanced,
29:44and Otto William Campbell said that,
29:46by the theory of plate tectonics,
29:49it was propounded,
29:51in 1960,
29:53which gives rise to mountain ranges,
29:56the geologists today do say
29:58that the mountains give stability to the Earth.
30:02Not all geologists, but many do say.
30:04I have not come across a single geological book,
30:07and I challenged Dr. William Campbell
30:09to produce a single geological book,
30:11not his personal correspondence with the geologist.
30:14That doesn't carry weight.
30:15His personal correspondence with Dr. Keith Moore
30:17is called Documented Proof.
30:19And, if you read the book,
30:21The Earth,
30:23which is referred by almost all the universities
30:25in the field of geology,
30:27one of its authors,
30:29by the name of Dr. Frank Press,
30:31who was the advisor
30:32to the former president of USA,
30:34Jimmy Carter,
30:35and was the president of the Academy of Sciences of USA,
30:39he writes in his book
30:41that the mountains are west-shaped,
30:43it has deep roots within,
30:44and he says
30:45that the function of the mountain
30:47is to stabilize the Earth.
30:49And the Quran says,
30:51in Surah Ambiya,
30:52chapter number 21,
30:53verse number 31,
30:54in Surah Lukman,
30:55chapter 31,
30:55verse number 10,
30:56as well as in Surah Nahal,
30:57chapter number 16,
30:58verse number 15,
30:59that we have made
31:00the mountain standing firm
31:02on the Earth
31:03lest it would shake
31:04with them
31:06and with you.
31:08The function of the mountain
31:09in the Quran
31:10is given
31:11to prevent the Earth
31:12from shaking.
31:14Nowhere does the Quran say
31:15that the mountain
31:16prevents the earthquake.
31:19And Dr. William Campbell said,
31:20he writes in his book
31:21and even in the talk,
31:22that you find
31:23in the mountainous regions
31:24there are various earthquakes
31:26and mountains cause earthquakes.
31:28Point to be noted,
31:29nowhere does the Quran say
31:31that mountain
31:33prevents earthquake.
31:34The Arabic word
31:35for earthquake,
31:35as Dr. William Campbell
31:36knows Arabic,
31:37is zilzal or zalzala.
31:39But the words used
31:40in these three verses
31:41I quoted,
31:42it is tamidah.
31:43Tamidah means to shake,
31:45to sway,
31:46to swing.
31:47And Quran says,
31:48in Surah Lukman,
31:49chapter 31,
31:49verse number 10,
31:50as well as Surah Nahal,
31:51chapter number 16,
31:52verse 15,
31:53we have put on the Earth
31:54mountain standing firm
31:56lest it would shake with you.
31:57It is tamidah bikum.
31:58Shake with you,
32:00indicating if the mountain
32:01were not there,
32:02if you would have walked,
32:04if you would have moved,
32:05even the Earth
32:06would have moved with you.
32:08If you would have swayed,
32:10even the Earth
32:10would have swayed with you.
32:12And we know normally
32:13when we walk on the Earth,
32:14the Earth doesn't shake.
32:15And the reason for this is,
32:17according to Dr. Frank Pess,
32:20and Dr. Majjar,
32:21who is from Saudi Arabia,
32:22and he wrote a full book
32:23on georgical concepts
32:25in the Quran,
32:25answering almost everything
32:27what Dr. William Campbell
32:28has said in detail.
32:31And Dr. William Campbell,
32:32in his book,
32:32he writes that
32:33if mountains prevent
32:35the shaking of the Earth,
32:36then how come
32:37you find earthquake
32:39in the mountainous regions?
32:41I said,
32:42nowhere does the Quran say
32:43mountain prevents earthquake.
32:45Earthquake is result.
32:46And if you see the definition
32:47in the Oxford edition,
32:48it says,
32:48earthquake is due to
32:50convulsion
32:51of the superficial crust
32:52of the Earth
32:53due to release
32:54of compressed
32:55seismic waves
32:56due to crack in the rock
32:58or due to volcanic reaction.
33:02The Quran speaks about
33:03Zalzala in Surah Zalzala,
33:04chapter 99,
33:05but here it speaks about
33:06tamida bikum,
33:08to prevent the Earth
33:09from shaking with you.
33:10And in reply to the statement
33:12that if mountains
33:14prevent earthquakes,
33:15how come you find earthquakes
33:17in mountainous regions?
33:18The reply is
33:19that if I say
33:20that medical doctors
33:22prevent the sickness
33:24and disease
33:25in a human being,
33:26and if someone argues
33:27if doctors
33:29prevent the sickness
33:31and diseases
33:31in a human being,
33:33how come you find
33:34more sick people
33:34in the hospital
33:35where there are doctors
33:36than at home
33:37where there are no doctors?
33:46In the field
33:47of oceanology,
33:48the glorious Quran says
33:49in Surah Furkan,
33:51chapter 25,
33:52verse number 53,
33:53that it is Allah
33:54who has let free
33:55two bodies of flowing water,
33:57one sweet and palatable,
33:58the other salt and bitter.
34:00Though they meet,
34:01they do not mix.
34:02Between them,
34:02there is a barrier
34:03which is forbidden
34:03to be trespassed.
34:05Quran says in Surah Rahman,
34:06chapter 55,
34:06verse number 19 and 20,
34:07Marajal Bahreini
34:09al-Takhiyan,
34:10Bainama Barzakhul
34:11la-Abgiyan.
34:12It is Allah
34:12who has let free
34:13two bodies of flowing water.
34:15Though they meet,
34:16they do not mix.
34:17Between them,
34:18there is a barrier
34:19which is forbidden
34:19to be trespassed.
34:21Previously,
34:21the commentator
34:22of the Quran
34:22wondered,
34:23what does the Quran mean?
34:24We know about
34:25sweet and salt water,
34:26but between them
34:27there is a barrier.
34:28Though they meet,
34:29they do not mix.
34:30Today,
34:30after advancement
34:31of oceanology,
34:32we have come to know
34:32that whenever
34:34one type of water
34:35flows into
34:36the other type of water,
34:37it loses its constituents
34:39and gets homogenized
34:40into the water it flows.
34:42There is a slanting,
34:43homogenizing area
34:44which the Quran
34:45refers to as
34:46Barzakh,
34:47unseen barrier.
34:48And this has been
34:49agreed upon
34:49by several scientists,
34:51even of America,
34:52by the name of
34:53Dr. Hay.
34:54He's oceanologist.
34:57And Dr. William Campbell
34:58writes in his book,
34:59that it is
35:00an observable phenomenon.
35:02The fishermen
35:02of that time
35:03knew there were
35:04two types of water,
35:05salt and sweet.
35:05So Prophet Muhammad,
35:07during his expedition
35:08to Syria,
35:09he may have gone
35:09in the sea
35:10or he might have
35:11spoken to these fishermen.
35:14Sweet and salt water
35:15is an observable
35:16phenomenon,
35:16I agree.
35:17But people did not know
35:18that there was
35:19an unseen barrier
35:20until recently.
35:21The scientific point
35:22to be noted here
35:23is the Barzakh,
35:24not the sweet
35:25and the salt water.
35:27In the field
35:28of embryology,
35:28Dr. William Campbell
35:31spent approximately
35:33half of his talk
35:33on that.
35:35Time will not
35:35permanently reply
35:36to every small
35:37thing which
35:38are illogical.
35:39I'll just give
35:40a brief reply
35:40which will be
35:41satisfactory,
35:42inshallah.
35:42and for more details
35:44you can refer
35:44to my videocassette
35:45Quran Modern Science
35:46and my other
35:47cassettes on Quran
35:47and Medical Science.
35:50There were a group
35:51of Arabs
35:51who collected
35:52the data dealing
35:53in the Quran
35:54about embryology
35:55and the hadith
35:56dealing with embryology
35:57and they presented
35:58it to Prophet
35:59as a Keith Moore
35:59who was the chairman
36:03and the head
36:03of the Department
36:04of Anatomy
36:05in the University
36:06of Toronto
36:06in Canada
36:07and at present
36:10he is one
36:10of the leading
36:12scientists
36:12in the field
36:13of embryology.
36:16After reading
36:17the various
36:17translations of the Quran
36:18he was asked
36:19to comment
36:20and he said
36:20most of the verses
36:22of the Quran
36:23and the hadith
36:23are in perfect
36:24conformity
36:25with modern
36:26embryology
36:27but there are
36:29a few verses
36:29which I cannot say
36:30that they are right
36:31neither can I say
36:32that they are wrong
36:33because I myself
36:34don't know about it
36:35and two such verses
36:37were the first
36:37verse of the Quran
36:38to be revealed
36:39from Surah Ikra
36:39of Surah Alak
36:40chapter 96
36:41verse number 1 and 2
36:42which says
36:43Ikra bismi rabbi
36:44kalladhi khalak
36:45khalakal insana
36:47min alak
36:47read, recite
36:49or proclaim
36:49in the name
36:50of thy Lord
36:50who created
36:51who created
36:52the human beings
36:53from something
36:54which clings
36:54a leech-like substance
36:56regarding
36:57Dr. William Campbell's
36:59statement
37:00that to analyze
37:02the meaning
37:03of a word
37:03you have to see
37:05what was the meaning
37:07at that time
37:08when it was revealed
37:09at that time
37:10when the book
37:11was written
37:11and he rightly said
37:14that to analyze
37:14the meaning
37:15you have to analyze
37:16the meaning
37:17at the time
37:17it was revealed
37:18and to the people
37:19who it was meant for
37:20as far as this
37:22statement of his
37:22is concerned
37:23regarding the Bible
37:24I do agree
37:25with it totally
37:25because
37:26the Bible
37:27was only meant
37:28for the children
37:29of Israel
37:29for that time
37:30it's mentioned
37:31in the gospel
37:32of Matthew
37:32chapter number 10
37:33verse number 5 and 6
37:34Jesus Christ
37:35peace be upon him
37:36tells his disciples
37:36go not in the way
37:38of the Gentiles
37:39who are the Gentiles
37:40the non-Jews
37:41the Hindus
37:41the Muslims
37:42but rather go
37:44to the lost sheep
37:45of the house
37:45of Israel
37:46Jesus Christ
37:47peace be upon him
37:47said in the gospel
37:48of Matthew
37:49chapter number 15
37:50verse number 24
37:50I am not sent
37:52but to the lost sheep
37:54of the house
37:55of Israel
37:55so Jesus Christ
37:56and the Bible
37:57were only meant
37:58for the children
37:59of Israel
37:59since it was meant
38:00for them
38:01to analyze the Bible
38:02you have to use
38:03the meaning of the word
38:04which was utilized
38:05at that time
38:05but the Quran
38:08was not meant
38:09only for the Arabs
38:10of that time
38:10Quran is not meant
38:12only for the Muslims
38:13the Quran is meant
38:15for the whole of humanity
38:16and it is meant
38:22to be for eternity
38:23Quran says
38:24in Surah Ibrahim
38:25chapter 14
38:26verse 52
38:26in Surah Baqra
38:27chapter number 2
38:28verse 185
38:29and Surah Zumar
38:30chapter 39
38:30verse 41
38:31that the Quran
38:32is meant
38:32for the whole
38:33of humankind
38:33and Prophet Muhammad
38:35peace be upon him
38:35was not sent
38:36only for the Muslims
38:37or the Arabs
38:37Allah says in the Quran
38:39in Surah Ambiya
38:40chapter number 21
38:41verse number 107
38:42that we have sent thee
38:46as a mercy
38:47as a guidance
38:49to the whole of humankind
38:50so as far as
38:56the Quran is concerned
38:56you cannot limit
38:58the meaning
38:58only for that time
38:59because it is meant
39:01for eternity
39:01so one of the meanings
39:03of alaqah
39:04is leech-like substance
39:07or something
39:07which clings
39:08so Prophet Keith Moore
39:09said
39:09I do not know
39:10whether the early stage
39:12of embryo
39:12looks like a leech
39:13and he went
39:14into the laboratory
39:14and he analyzed
39:17the early stage
39:18of an embryo
39:19under a microscope
39:19and compared it
39:20with the photograph
39:21of a leech
39:21and he was astonished
39:23at the striking resemblance
39:24this is the photograph
39:30of a leech
39:31and human embryo
39:33what Dr. William Campbell
39:36showed you
39:37is the other perspective
39:38of it
39:39if I show this book
39:42it looks like a rectangle
39:43if I show you like that
39:44it's a different perspective
39:47that diagram
39:54is given in the book
39:55the diagram
39:56which you show
39:57on the slide
39:57is even there
39:58and I'll deal with it
39:58insha Allah
39:59Prophet Keith Moore
40:03after about 80 questions
40:04asked to him
40:05he said
40:06if you would have
40:07asked me these 80 questions
40:0830 years ago
40:09I would not be able
40:11to answer
40:12more than 50%
40:13because embryology
40:15has developed recently
40:16in the past 30 years
40:17he said this in the 80s
40:19now
40:20do we believe
40:22in Dr. Keith Moore
40:23whose statement
40:24is available
40:25outside in the fire
40:26if video cassettes
40:27available
40:27this is the truth
40:28unknown
40:29recorded statement
40:30so will you believe
40:31Dr. William Campbell's
40:32personal conversation
40:33with Prophet Keith Moore
40:34or the one
40:37mentioned in this book
40:38with Islamic edition
40:41as well
40:42as the photograph
40:42that I've shown to you
40:43and
40:45in the video cassettes
40:47available outside
40:48you can see it
40:48he makes those statements
40:50so
40:51you have to choose
40:52which is more logical
40:53personal discussion
40:54with Dr. William Campbell
40:55or
40:56his statement on video
40:57like how Dr. William Campbell
40:58showed my video
40:58and it wasn't proof
40:59what I said
41:00moon is reflected light
41:02I'll come to it later on
41:03and
41:06whatever additional information
41:08you got
41:08from
41:09Quran and Hadith
41:10it was incorporated later
41:12into this book
41:14The Developing Human
41:15the third edition
41:16and this book
41:18got an award
41:19for the best medical book
41:20written by a single author
41:22in that year
41:22this is the Islamic edition
41:24that was
41:25put forward by
41:26Sheikh Abdul Majid Al-Zindani
41:27and certified
41:29by Keith Moore himself
41:31the Quran says
41:37in Surah Mu'minun
41:39chapter 23
41:40verse number 13
41:41and Surah Haj
41:42chapter 22
41:43verse number 5
41:44and no less than 11 different places
41:45in the Quran
41:46that
41:47the human beings
41:48have been made from
41:49a nutfah
41:50a minute quantity of liquid
41:52like
41:54a trickle that's remaining
41:55in the cup
41:56nutfah in Arabic
41:56a very small quantity
41:58today we have come to know
41:59in one Samayin
42:00in which
42:01there are several
42:02millions of sperm
42:03only one is required
42:05to fertilize the ovum
42:06the Quran refers
42:07as nutfah
42:08Quran says
42:11in Surah Sajda
42:12chapter 32
42:12verse number 8
42:13we have created
42:14the human beings
42:14from solala
42:15that means
42:16the best part
42:17of a whole
42:18the one sperm
42:19which fertilizes
42:20the ovum
42:22out of the millions
42:23of sperm
42:24the Quran refers to
42:25as solala
42:26best part
42:26of the whole
42:27and Quran says
42:28in Surah Insan
42:29chapter 76
42:30verse number 2
42:31we have created
42:32the human beings
42:33from nutfah in amshaj
42:34a minute quantity
42:36of mingled fluid
42:37referring to
42:37the sperm
42:38as well as the ovum
42:40both are required
42:41for the fertilization
42:42the Quran describes
42:46the various
42:46endological stages
42:47in great detail
42:48of which
42:50the slides
42:51were shown to you
42:52by William Campbell
42:53he helped me
42:54to complete this topic
42:56it's mentioned
42:58Surah Muminun
42:59chapter 23
43:00verse number 12
43:00to 14
43:01the translation is
43:03that
43:04we have created
43:05the human beings
43:05from anutfah
43:06a minute quantity
43:07of liquid
43:08then placed it
43:09in a karare maqin
43:10a place of security
43:11then
43:13we made it
43:14into an alaka
43:15a leech-like substance
43:16something which clings
43:18a kanjil clot of blood
43:20then we made that alaka
43:22into a mudga
43:23a chewed-like lump
43:24then
43:27we made the mudga
43:28into izama
43:29bones
43:30then clothed the bones
43:32with lehem
43:32flesh
43:32then we made it
43:34a new creature
43:34blessed be Allah
43:35who is the best to create
43:37these three verses
43:38of the Quran
43:39speak about the various
43:41endological stages
43:42in great detail
43:42first the nutfah
43:44placed in a place of security
43:46mirindu and alaka
43:47has got three meanings
43:50one is
43:52something which clings
43:53and we know
43:54that in the initial stages
43:56the embryo clings
43:58to the uterine wall
44:00and continues clinging
44:01till the end
44:02point number two
44:05that
44:06it also means
44:08a leech-like substance
44:10and as I discussed earlier
44:11the embryo
44:13in the initial stages
44:14does look like a leech
44:15besides looking like a leech
44:16it also behaves like a leech
44:18it receives its blood supply
44:19from the mother
44:20like a blood sucker
44:21and the third meaning
44:23which Dr. William Campbell
44:25objected to
44:26that
44:27that is the right meaning
44:28the kanjil clot of blood
44:30and that's why
44:31Quran has a scientific error
44:33and I do agree with him
44:34that Dr. William Campbell
44:35didn't agree
44:36he said
44:37how can
44:38it mean
44:39a kanjil clot of blood
44:40because this is the case
44:41and the Quran is wrong
44:42I'm sorry to say
44:44Quran is not wrong
44:46Dr. William Campbell
44:47with due respect
44:47to him
44:48he's wrong
44:49because today
44:51today
44:52after advancement
44:53of embryology
44:54even Dr. Keith Moore
44:57he says
44:58that in the initial stages
44:59the embryo
45:01besides looking like a leech
45:03also looks like
45:04a kanjil clot of blood
45:05because
45:06in the initial stages
45:08of the stage of Alaka
45:10three to four weeks
45:11the blood
45:12is clotted
45:13within closed vessels
45:14and
45:15Dr. William Campbell
45:16made it easy for me
45:17he showed you a slide
45:18it will be difficult
45:24for you to see
45:25but this is the slide
45:26he showed you
45:26this is exactly
45:28what
45:29Professor Keith Moore
45:30said
45:30looks like a clot
45:32in which
45:33the blood
45:34is clotted
45:34within closed vessels
45:35and
45:36during the third week
45:37of the embryo
45:38the blood circulation
45:39doesn't take place
45:40it starts later on
45:41therefore
45:41it assumes
45:43the appearance
45:43of a clot
45:44and even if you
45:45observe the conceptus
45:46that's
45:47after abortion
45:48takes place
45:48you can see
45:50it looks like a clot
45:51only one
45:53line answer
45:54is sufficient
45:55to answer
45:56all the allegations
45:57of Dr. William Campbell
45:58is that
45:59the stages
46:00of the Quran
46:02while it describes
46:03the embryologic stages
46:05is only based
46:06on appearance
46:07appearance
46:08first is the appearance
46:10of a Alaka
46:11a leech-like substance
46:13as well as
46:14a clot of blood
46:15and
46:16Dr. William Campbell
46:17rightly said
46:18that some ladies
46:19come and ask
46:19please remove the clot
46:20it does look like a clot
46:24and the stages
46:26are based
46:26on appearance
46:27it is created
46:29from something
46:30which appears
46:31like a clot
46:31which appears
46:32like a leech
46:32and is also
46:33something which clings
46:35then the Quran
46:36says we made
46:36that Alaka
46:37into a Mudga
46:37achieved like lamb
46:38Prophet Keith Moore
46:39took plaster seal
46:40and bit between his teeth
46:41to make it look
46:43like a Mudga
46:43the teeth mark
46:44resembled the Somites
46:45Dr. William Campbell
46:48said
46:48when the Alaka
46:50becomes a Mudga
46:50the clinging
46:53is yet there
46:54it is there
46:56late and half months
46:57so
46:59the Quran is wrong
47:00I told you
47:01in the beginning
47:02the Quran
47:03is describing
47:04the appearance
47:04the leech-like appearance
47:06and the clot-like appearance
47:07is changed
47:08to the chewed-like appearance
47:09it yet continues
47:10to cling
47:10till the end
47:11there's no problem
47:11but the stages
47:13are divided
47:13on appearance
47:14not on the function
47:15later on
47:18the Quran says
47:19we made the Mudga
47:20into izama bones
47:21then clothed the bones
47:22with flesh
47:23that William Campbell
47:25said
47:25and I do agree with him
47:27that the precursors
47:30of the muscles
47:32and the cartilages
47:33that is the bones
47:34they form together
47:35I agree with that
47:36today embryology tells us
47:39that the primordia
47:40of the muscles
47:42and the bones
47:43they form together
47:44between the 25th
47:45and the 40th day
47:45which the Quran refers to
47:47as the stage of Mudga
47:48but
47:49they are not developed
47:50they are not developed
47:51later on
47:52at the end of the 7th week
47:55the embryo takes
47:57form
47:57of human appearance
47:59then the bones are formed
48:00today modern embryology
48:02says
48:02the bones are formed
48:04after the 42nd day
48:05and
48:07it gives an appearance
48:08of a skeletal thing
48:09even at this stage
48:10when the bones are formed
48:11the muscles aren't formed
48:12later on
48:14after the 7th week
48:15and the starting of 8th week
48:17are the muscles formed
48:18so Quran is perfect
48:20in describing
48:21first alaka
48:22then Mudga
48:23then izamaan
48:24then clothed with flesh
48:25and when they form
48:26the description is perfect
48:28and Prophet Keith Moore
48:30said
48:30that the stages
48:32that how
48:33it is described
48:34in modern embryology
48:34stage 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
48:36it's so confusing
48:37the Quranic stage
48:39on embryology
48:39describing
48:40on the base
48:41of appearance
48:42and the shape
48:42is far more superior
48:44alhamdulillah
48:46therefore he said
48:48therefore he said
48:50that I have no objection
48:51in accepting
48:52that Prophet Muhammad
48:53is the messenger of God
48:54and that this glorious Quran
48:56has to be
48:56a divine revelation
48:57from Almighty God
48:58it's mentioned in Suran Nisa
49:03chapter 4 verse 56
49:05it speaks about pain
49:07previously
49:08the doctors
49:09they thought
49:10that the brain
49:12was only responsible
49:12for feeling of pain
49:13today we have come to know
49:14besides the brain
49:15there are certain receptors
49:16in the skin
49:17which are responsible
49:18for feeling of the pain
49:19which we call as pain receptors
49:21Quran says in Suran Nisa
49:22chapter 4 verse 56
49:23that
49:24as to those who reject our signs
49:26we shall cast them into the hellfire
49:27and as often as their skins are roasted
49:30we shall give them fresh skin
49:31so that they shall feel the pain
49:33indicating there is something
49:34in the skin
49:35which is responsible
49:37for feeling of pain
49:38which the Quran refers to
49:39as pain receptors
49:40Prophet Tagla Tagashan
49:42who is the head
49:44of the Department of Anatomy
49:45in Chiang Mai University
49:47in Thailand
49:48only on the basis
49:49of this one verse
49:50he proclaimed the Shahada
49:52in the 8th medical conference
49:54in Riyadh
49:55and said
49:56La Ilaha Illallah
49:57Muhammad Rasulullah
49:58that there is no God
49:59but Allah
50:00and Prophet Muhammad
50:01peace be upon him
50:02is the messenger of Allah
50:03I started my talk
50:06by quoting the verse
50:10of the glorious Quran
50:11from Surah Fusila
50:12chapter 41 verse 53
50:13which says
50:14that soon we shall show them
50:24our signs
50:24in the furthest
50:25of the horizons
50:26and into their soul
50:27until it is clear to them
50:29that this is the truth
50:29this one verse
50:33was sufficient
50:34to prove
50:36to Dr. Tagla Tagashan
50:39that Quran
50:40is a divine revelation
50:40some may require
50:4210 signs
50:42some may require
50:44100
50:44some
50:45even after
50:45a thousand signs
50:46are given
50:47they will not
50:48accept the truth
50:48Quran calls
50:50such people
50:50as
50:51in Surah Bakra
50:52chapter 2
50:52verse number 18
50:53the deaf
50:56the dumb
50:57the blind
50:57they will not
50:58return to the true part
50:59the Bible
51:00says the same thing
51:00in Gospel of Matthew
51:01chapter number 13
51:02verse number 13
51:03seeing they see not
51:04hearing they hear not
51:06neither will they understand
51:07regarding the other parts
51:10of embryology
51:10I will deal
51:11in my rebuttal
51:12inshallah
51:13if time permits
51:14I have to do justice
51:17to the other part also
51:17regarding Bible
51:19and the right of science
51:19at the outset
51:21let me tell you
51:21that Quran says
51:23in Surah Roy
51:24chapter 13
51:24verse 38
51:25that we have
51:27given several
51:28revelations
51:28by name
51:30only four are mentioned
51:32the Torah
51:32the Zabur
51:34the Injeel
51:35and the Quran
51:35the Torah
51:37is the Vahee
51:37the revelation
51:38which was given
51:39to Moses
51:39peace be upon him
51:40the Zabur
51:41is the Vahee
51:41which was given
51:42to David
51:42peace be upon him
51:43the Injeel
51:44is the Vahee
51:45the revelation
51:45which was given
51:45to Jesus
51:46peace be upon him
51:46and Quran
51:47is the last
51:48and final revelation
51:49which was given
51:49to the last
51:50and final messenger
51:51prophet Muhammad
51:51peace be upon him
51:52let me make it
51:54very clear
51:55to everyone
51:56that
51:57this Bible
52:00which the Christians
52:03believe
52:03to be the word of God
52:04is not the Injeel
52:06which we Muslims
52:07believe
52:07was revealed
52:08to prophet Jesus
52:09peace be upon him
52:10this Bible
52:11according to us
52:12it may contain
52:13the words of God
52:15but
52:16it also contains
52:18words of prophets
52:19words of historians
52:22it contains absurdities
52:24obscenity
52:25as well as
52:26innumerable
52:27scientific errors
52:28if there are
52:33scientific points
52:33mentioned in the Bible
52:34there are possibilities
52:37why not
52:37it may be part
52:39of the word of God
52:40in the Bible
52:40but
52:41what about
52:42the scientific errors
52:43what about
52:44the unscientific portion
52:45can you attribute
52:46this to God
52:47I want to make it
52:49very clear
52:50to my Christian
52:51brothers
52:52and sisters
52:53the purpose
52:55of my presentation
52:56on Bible
52:56is not to hurt
52:58any Christian's feeling
52:59if I'm presenting
53:01if I hurt your feelings
53:02I do apologize
53:03in advance
53:03the purpose is only
53:05to point out
53:07that
53:08a God's
53:09revelation
53:10cannot contain
53:11scientific errors
53:12as Jesus Christ
53:14peace be upon you
53:14said
53:15search in the truth
53:16and the truth
53:16shall free you
53:17you have the Old Testament
53:18you have the New Testament
53:20now you should follow
53:21the last and final testament
53:22which is
53:23the glorious Quran
53:25as far as
53:29Dr. William Campbell
53:30is concerned
53:30I can be more liberal
53:32with him
53:33because he has written
53:34a book
53:34Quran
53:35Bible
53:35in the light of history
53:36and science
53:36he has given a presentation
53:38and he's a medical doctor
53:39I don't have to
53:40be very formal with him
53:42as far as
53:43the other Christian
53:44brothers and sisters
53:44are concerned
53:45I apologize
53:46if I hurt your feelings
53:46during the presentation
53:47let's analyze
53:49what the Bible say
53:50about
53:51modern science
53:52first we deal
53:54with astronomy
53:55the Bible speaks
53:57about the creation
53:58of the universe
53:59in the beginning
54:01first book
54:03book of Genesis
54:04first chapter
54:05it's mentioned
54:06it says
54:07almighty God
54:08created
54:09the heavens
54:11and the earth
54:11in six days
54:12and talks about
54:13an evening
54:13and a morning
54:14referring to
54:16a 24 day
54:17today scientists
54:19tell us
54:19that the universe
54:20cannot be created
54:23in a 24 hour period
54:26of six days
54:27Quran 2 speaks
54:30about six ayams
54:31the Arabic word
54:33singular is yom
54:34plural is ayam
54:35it can either mean
54:36a day
54:37of 24 hours
54:38or it is
54:39a very long period
54:41an eon
54:41an epoch
54:42scientists say
54:44we have no objection
54:45in agreeing
54:46that the universe
54:47it could have been
54:49created
54:49in six very long
54:50period
54:51point number two
54:52Bible says
54:53in Genesis chapter
54:54number one
54:54verse
54:55three and five
54:56light was created
54:57on first day
54:58Genesis chapter one
54:59verse 14 to 19
55:01the cause of light
55:03stars
55:03and the sun
55:05etc
55:05was created
55:06on fourth day
55:06how can
55:07the cause of light
55:09be created
55:10on the fourth day
55:11later than the light
55:12which came into existence
55:13on the first day
55:14it's unscientific
55:15further
55:18the Bible says
55:19Genesis chapter one
55:20verse nine to thirteen
55:22earth was created
55:23on the third day
55:24how can you have
55:25a night and day
55:25without the earth
55:27the day depends
55:28upon the rotation
55:28of the earth
55:29without the earth
55:30created
55:30how can you have
55:31a night and day
55:31point number four
55:34Genesis chapter number one
55:36verse nine to thirteen
55:38says
55:38earth was created
55:39on third day
55:39Genesis chapter one
55:41verse 14 to 19
55:41says
55:42the sun and the moon
55:43was created
55:43on the fourth day
55:44today science tells us
55:46that earth is part
55:47of the parent body
55:48the sun
55:49it cannot come
55:50into existence
55:51before the sun
55:52it's unscientific
55:53point number five
55:55the Bible says
55:56in Genesis chapter number one
55:57verse number eleven
55:59to thirteen
55:59the vegetation
56:00the herbs
56:01the shrubs
56:02the trees
56:02they were created
56:03on the third day
56:06and the sun
56:06Genesis chapter number one
56:08verse 14 to 19
56:09was created
56:10on the fourth day
56:10how can the vegetation
56:12come into existence
56:13without sunlight
56:13and how can they
56:14survive without sunlight
56:15point number six
56:19that the Bible
56:22says
56:22in Genesis chapter one
56:23verse number sixteen
56:25that God created
56:26two lights
56:27the greater light
56:29the sun
56:30to rule the day
56:31and the lesser light
56:32the moon
56:32to rule the night
56:33the actual translation
56:36if you go to the Hebrew text
56:37it is lamps
56:38lamps
56:40having light of its own
56:41and that
56:42you will come to know
56:43better
56:43if you read both the verses
56:44Genesis chapter one
56:45verse sixteen
56:46as well as seventeen
56:47verse number seventeen
56:48says
56:48and almighty God
56:50placed them
56:50in the firmament
56:51to give light
