00:01The terrorist normally means generally to terrorize an innocent human being.

00:07In this context no Muslim should ever be a terrorist.

00:11We Muslims should only terrorize the anti-social element.

00:15The rapist, the robber, those who create facade.

00:18And the Quran says that in Suriyah Anfal, chapter number 8, verse number 60,

00:23prepare your steed of horse and terrorize the hearts of the anti-social element.

00:29So when I became popular in UK,

00:32and when the Labour Party lost and the Conservatives came to power,

00:36in 2010.

00:382009 was the last time I visited UK to give a talk.

00:41I have been to UK several times.

00:43So in 2010 I was supposed to give many talks in Wembley Arena and various places.

00:48All packed, full.

00:50So before I land, because I had a 5 years visa,

00:53so I didn't have to take a new visa.

00:55But before I could land into UK,

00:58when the Labour Party lost and the Conservatives came,

01:02Theresa May was the Home Secretary.

01:06She says,

01:07Who is the most famous Muslim preacher in UK?

01:12So she asked the Home Office and the reply came,

01:14Dr. Zakir Naik.

01:16And they said,

01:17Dr. Zakir Naik is supposed to come after a couple of weeks.

01:20Don't allow him.

01:22I said, what business can we stop you all day?

01:24We issued him a visa.

01:25Five years multiple visa already issued.

01:28She told the counter-terrorism department that try and find something wrong in his speech,

01:38in which he has broken the UK law so we can exclude him.

01:42We can prevent him from coming.

01:44We can't stand all my videos.

01:45They could not find anything.

01:47Nothing.

01:48In fact, in 2009, the head of the counter-terrorism department, Charles Farr,

01:56he sent a person to meet me and he told me,

02:01You know, Dr. Zakir Naik, this was when the Labour Party was there.

02:05When the Labour Party was ruling.

02:07Dr. Zakir, we know you are very popular amongst the Muslims.

02:10Can you help us to guide some Muslims who have gone astray?

02:15I said, I have no problem.

02:17I am there to help humanity.

02:20I don't mind helping you under two conditions.

02:24That you should not ask me to do anything which is against the glorious Quran

02:29or the authentic Hadith of the Prophet.

02:32And I don't want your money.

02:33Because, you know, UK has a big budget to buy Muslims.

02:37They pay money and they buy you over.

02:39And they make you think which is against Islam.

02:41I knew about it.

02:42I said, as long as you don't ask me about anything against Quran,

02:45I have no problem.

02:46I can help you.

02:48I don't require money also.

02:49So don't try and attract me.

02:51And we were in coordination.

02:54But after about seven-eight months when the government changes,

02:57now Theresa May, who at that time was home secretary,

03:01later on becomes a prime minister.

03:04She wants to exclude me.

03:07Then she sends the people from UK, counterterrorism department,

03:12to meet CIA outside.

03:14Check with them whether you can get some proof again Dr. Zakir Nai.

03:18Mashallah, I am on the list of CIA, FBI, UK department.

03:22Alhamdulillah.

03:23I am on the list of those people, inshallah, who will not go to Jannah.

03:27You will not find them in Jannah.

03:29If you don't follow Quran, you will meet them in Jannah.

03:33So they said, we don't have any proof.

03:36Yet exclude.

03:37They said, if you exclude Dr. Zakir Nai, if he goes to court,

03:41we will lose.

03:42I will handle the court.

03:44So in 2010, they exclude me.

03:47I am supposed to go for a lecture tour.

03:49And why I am telling you this, I will tell you.

03:51They exclude me.

03:52And before I could leave my country,

03:55they send an official letter through the High Commission to the UK

04:02to tell me that I am excluded for three years.

04:07And they give the reason.

04:08One of the reason is, Dr. Zakir Nai says, every Muslim should be a terrorist.

04:14So I am giving you the context.

04:16What they do, they quote out of, they didn't give the full sentence.

04:19Dr. Zakir Nai says, you cannot terrorize any innocent human being.

04:23Oh, Dr. Zakir Nai says, every Muslim should be a terrorist.

04:26So he is promoting terrorism.

04:28So mashallah, we hired the best of lawyers, one of my fans.

04:32And my lawyers told me, Dr. Zakir Nai, 99.9% you win the case.

04:37They have no evidence.

04:38My friend who funded, who paid a million pounds, one million pounds.

04:42We fought the case to the Supreme Court, to the Court of Appeal,

04:45and then went to the European Court.

04:47He told 95% we will lose.

04:49This government, they are not just.

04:51But yet we will show them.

04:52I was the only Muslim who went to the Supreme Court, up to Hague.

04:57They were up in court of justice.

05:00We did the case, and my friend was right.

05:02We lost the case, but we won the battle.

05:04A pitch TV continued.

05:05They did not go ahead.

05:06So the strategy.
