00:00At the start of Squid Game Season 3, the remaining contestants include Hyunjoo, Gyeomja, and her son Youngsik,

00:05pregnant player Joonhee, and her ex Myungi, Minsoo, Namgyu, Seonyo, and Daeho.

00:11But it doesn't take long for things to go sideways.

00:13In a violent twist, the players are split into two groups, knives and keys.

00:16The knives have to kill a key to survive.

00:18While the keys can only try to stay alive, Namgyu teams up with Myungi,

00:22even though Myungi promised Joonhee he'd protect her.

00:24Joonhee, along with Hyunjoo and Gyeomja, form a temporary alliance.

00:27When Joonhee goes into labor, Joomja delivers the baby, and Hyunjoo defends them.

00:31He runs off to protect his alliance with Namgyu, leaving Joonhee and Joomja heartbroken.

00:35Gi-hun, now on the knife team, spirals into a dark place.

00:39Haunted by the failure of his rebellion, he blames Daeho for not returning with weapons,

00:43and eventually kills him in a rage.

00:45Seonyo meets her end at the hands of Minsoo, who's tripping on drugs and mistakes her for Namgyu.

00:50Minsoo's vision is warped, and the game keeps messing with his head.

00:54As time runs out, Gyeomja and Joonhee try to escape, but are found by Yongsik, who hasn't killed anyone yet.

00:59Joomja begs her son to kill her instead of Joonhee, but when he hesitates,

01:03she ends up stabbing him with a hairpin to protect Joonhee.

01:06Back at the dorms, she makes Gi-hun promise to protect the baby and Joonhee before taking her own life,

01:11overwhelmed by guilt.

01:14In round 5, the players face a deadly jump rope game across a narrow, sky-high walkway.

01:19Gi-hun crosses first with the baby, but when he turns back for Joonhee, she chooses to jump to her death.

01:24Her baby is now player 222.

01:26In episode 4, the frontman finally reveals himself to Gi-hun.

01:29He pulls Gi-hun into his office, gives him a knife, and tells him to kill the other contestants in their sleep.

01:34If he does, he and the baby can end the game and split the money.

01:37He's trying to drag Gi-hun down to his level, but Gi-hun refuses, showing that people can choose differently.

01:43The final round is all about survival and sacrifice.

01:45Players must climb across three giant towers, killing someone at each level to move forward.

01:50Gi-hun and the baby are at a disadvantage against the remaining players.

01:54Min-soo is pushed to his death by Myung-gi.

01:56The next round is chaos, as players turn on each other, and only a handful make it to the last tower.

02:01Gi-hun, Myung-gi, the baby, player 100, and player 039.

02:05Myung-gi kills again, and 039 ends himself by jumping off.

02:09It's just Gi-hun, Myung-gi, and the baby.

02:11They fight, and Myung-gi falls to his death.

02:13Since they started the final round properly, Myung-gi's death doesn't count.

02:17That leaves Gi-hun with an impossible choice.

02:19Kill the baby to win, or sacrifice himself.

02:21He chooses to die.

02:23His sacrifice means the baby wins as player 222.

02:26The game is a shame.

02:27Kill the baby doesn't count more than any other people who don't fight against his death.
