01:01The ability to produce custom-made transformers is crucial, as it allows us to tailor our products to meet each customer's specific requirements.
01:09What steps have you taken to adapt to the change, and what impact has this had on your target?
01:14The first edition of Made in Steel took place in Brescia when the event was still in its infancy.
01:19Later, it became a more international fair.
01:23That is why it was moved to Milan, a more receptive city.
01:27The event is not only attended by steel producers, but also by all those who are part of the production chain.
01:33It is therefore an important opportunity to engage with the market and for the production chain will have to understand their needs.
01:40Of course, I was asking you this precisely because of what you said about your cross-sectional customers becoming more demanding and informed when using the Internet.
