00:06today we're going to strengthen your core with a simple but super effective move,
00:10the scissor kicks exercise. Scissor kicks are great for targeting your lower abdominal muscles
00:16and hip flexors. They also help improve core endurance and stability, perfect for back health,
00:22balance, and posture support. Whether you're recovering from injury or just want to build
00:27core strength, this one's for you. Let me show you how it's done, lie flat on your back,
00:33place your hands under your hips or by your sides for support, lift both legs slightly off the ground,
00:38engage that core, now. Raise your right leg up to 45 degrees while lowering your left leg just above
00:45the ground, alternate the legs in a controlled fluttering motion, like a pair of scissors.
00:50Keep breathing steady and your lower back pressed firmly into the floor. Do this for 30 seconds or
00:5610 to 20 reps per leg. A few tips, don't let your lower back arch, that's key to avoiding injury,
