00:06today, we're diving into an advanced core exercise that will fire up your abs and improve
00:11your body control, the V-Ups exercise. Here's how to do a perfect V-Up, start by lying flat
00:17on your back. Keep your arms extended overhead and legs straight, toes pointed. Now, engage your
00:24core and simultaneously lift your legs and upper body off the ground, reaching your hands toward
00:29your feet, at the top, your body should form a V-shape. Lower back down with control. That's one
00:36rep. Benefits of V-Ups exercise, V-Ups are excellent for targeting your entire abdominal wall, especially
00:43the rectus abdominis and hip flexors. They also improve coordination, flexibility, and overall
00:50core strength. Tips Common Mistakes, keep your movements smooth and controlled, exhale as you
00:56lift, inhale as you lower, don't jerk your neck or swing your legs, control is key. Are V-Ups too
01:03challenging at first? Try these modifications. Start with single leg V-Ups if you're building
