Dave & Chuck the Freak talk about a man who ran away from police during a traffic stop and can't stop laughing because he takes off exactly like Forrest Gump.

00:00Well, a dude in Arkansas may remind you of some sort of classic movie icon when you see

00:11how he reacts during a traffic stop.

00:15Here's that story now.

00:16It's a routine traffic stop for passing a stop sign.

00:19No big deal until the guy in the back seat jumps out, drops his backpack, and takes off

00:26like a bat out of hell.

00:28Remind you of anything?

00:30It was a total Forrest Gump moment from the 1994 hit Tom Hanks movie.

00:37Sergeant Jared Huffman of the Pottsville, Arkansas Police Department had a bit of thought.

00:42He's running.

00:43It's really hard not to make a Forrest Gump reference while he was running.

00:46So, why in the world did he hightail it across the field like that?

00:50What was in the backpack?

00:51A sandwich, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, some corn chips, a flashlight.

00:56So nothing illegal.

00:58Not a thing.

00:58The dude has been identified as Zachary Diminigas.

01:02Today, in a Facebook exchange with Johnson, he denied he had a gun, which provoked him to flee.

01:08For the record, it was my cell phone I had in my hand, and also the officer never once told me to stop.

01:16By the way, the police sergeant does a pretty good imitation of Forrest Gump.

01:23Now, in another part of the video, you see a lady get out of the driver's door in high heels.

01:28She claimed that they were on their way to church.

01:29He had a chick with him.

01:33That's so crazy.

01:34Is he still way back there running?

01:38Where'd he go?

01:39She's, like, laughing about it.

01:41Look at her.

01:42She's like, yep.

01:43That's my boyfriend.

01:45Hey, you won't stop doing this.

01:48I mean, he took off.

01:50He did.

01:51He had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

01:53I thought for sure it was, like, loaded full of drugs.

01:56And there was just, like, a flashlight.

02:01And, like, honestly, there probably were just...

02:14So all he did was go through a stop sign?

04:06So this whole get up is something, you know, he expected to find drugs in that backpack.

04:12And the fact that he, there was nothing in there that cop.

04:15That's the only, the other thing I'm like, did he throw the bag in hopes that that would

04:19be like a distraction?

04:21I mean, honestly, the guy, if he had a bunch of drugs on him, did the right thing.

04:25Probably for his sake, I guess.

04:27Someone said he's still running.
