Dave & Chuck the Freak talk about a woman who was arrested after she pulled over while drunk driving and complained to a police officer that his lights were too bright.

00:00You know you're drunk when you drive by a cop car with its lights flashing and you pull

00:13over to let them know how annoying their lights are.

00:18Your lights are bright.

00:20Have you been drinking?

00:32An alleged drug driver was arrested after she stopped in the roadway to complain about

00:38a police officer's bright lights.

00:40You know the problem with you guys?

00:44Always stopping people.

00:51The dude had already pulled over another drunk driver.

00:55That was the call he was on.

00:56Sure.

00:57When this broad pulls up alongside to give him crap about his lights.

01:25The 52-year-old lady was charged with two counts of aggravated driving under the influence,

01:29driving on a revoked or suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper stopping

01:34or parking.

01:35So, all that going on, she still pulls over next to a cop to bitch about his lights.

01:40The police officer had conducted a traffic stop already.

01:44The officer, of course, had their emergency lights activated.

01:46She was driving by, was blinded by them, she said.

01:50She was like, ah!

01:51Oh, my God!

01:52Stopped in the middle of the road to yell at the police officer for leaving his lights

02:02How are we supposed to drive drunk with all these flashing lights?

02:07The officer said her speech was slurred.

02:10She had bloodshot eyes, and when he approached, he immediately smelled an odor of alcohol.

02:18That cop must have been like, calling all cars, calling all cars.

02:20I am surrounded by drunk people right now.

02:25They can only pull a few of us over.

02:31He did then perform field sobriety tests, but of course, this lady failed all of them.

02:38Officers arrested her when she became belligerent.

02:42She has two prior driving under the influence offenses, they discovered, and she was also driving

02:48on a license that was revoked for other offenses.

02:51Yeah.

02:51Ma'am, you're one of the drunkest and worst drivers on the record that we've ever seen.

02:55Of course, but your flashy little lights.
